Custom LED Street Light Heatsink

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heatsink gets a lot code. We record the material heat number, machine settings, and inspection results for that lot. If a problem appears in your field, we trace it back in hours, not weeks.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with each batch—flatness, hole positions, surface finish, and material hardness. We measure with a CMM and surface profilometer. The report is signed by our QC lead. No vague "passed" stamps.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsink. Your heatsink may need a stamped mounting bracket. Or a spring clip to hold the fan. Or a machined base plate. We do all four lines under one roof. You send one drawing package, get one quote, one shipment, one responsible supplier. No coordinating multiple vendors.

Where these parts are used

Our heatsinks with mounting bases go into equipment that runs hot and runs long.

  • Power electronics: IGBT modules, rectifiers, and motor drives. The mounting base is machined flat to 0.05 mm to ensure full contact with the module.
  • LED lighting: High-bay fixtures and streetlights. The base provides a rigid mount for the PCB, and the fins are optimized for natural convection.
  • Telecom enclosures: Base stations and edge servers. Stamped fins keep weight down, while the base adds structural rigidity for vibration.
  • Medical devices: Laser equipment and imaging systems. We hold tighter tolerances and provide full material certs for biocompatibility reviews.
  • Automotive electronics: Battery management systems and DC-DC converters. The integrated mounting base eliminates separate brackets, reducing assembly time.

If your application is different, send the drawing. We will tell you if we can make it—and how.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run prototype quantities of 1–5 pieces for fit testing. Production runs start at 100 pieces. The unit price drops with volume, but the quality process is identical.

Q: What tolerance can you hold on the mounting base? A: Machined surfaces hold ±0.05 mm. Stamped features hold ±0.10 mm. If you need tighter, we can grind the base face to ±0.02 mm—but that adds cost and lead time.

Q: What is the typical lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production orders take 15–20 days. We can rush prototypes in 5 days for an expedite fee.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the aluminum alloy and heat treatment. For medical or aerospace, we add full traceability documentation at no extra cost.
