Custom Heat Sinks Made in China

All parts are deburred, cleaned, and individually packed. We keep your drawing and revision history on file for re-orders.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique lot number. We record material certs, machine operator, inspection results, and ship date. If a problem appears in your line, we trace it to the exact heat treatment or tool pass. No ambiguity.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists measured values against your drawing callouts. For critical fins, we include CMM data points. You do not need to re-inspect on arrival — but you can, and it will match.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your assembly may need a stamped clip, a compression spring, and a machined heat sink. We make all three under one roof. Fewer vendors, fewer logistics headaches, one quality standard. That is what precision manufacturing means to us.

  • IGBT modules for inverters and motor drives
  • High-power LED arrays for industrial lighting
  • CPU/GPU coolers for servers and edge computing
  • Laser diode mounts in medical and cutting equipment
  • RF amplifier housings where thermal stability matters

In each case, the pin fin geometry gives you more surface area per square centimeter than straight fins. That means lower thermal resistance for the same footprint. If your CFD model shows a hotspot, we can adjust fin density locally — no extra cost for a custom pattern.

Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Yes. We machine from solid billet, so there is no mold or tooling to amortize. One piece costs more per unit, but it is a real part, not a sample. For production, we quote tiered pricing at 100, 500, 1000 pcs.

Q: How do you control tolerance on thin fins? A: We use high-speed spindles (24,000 rpm) with balanced tool holders. Fin pitch is held to ±0.02 mm. Every first article is checked on a CMM, and we monitor tool wear every 50 parts. If a fin bends, you see it in the report, not in your assembly line.

Q: What is your standard lead time? A: Prototypes ship in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs of 500+ pcs ship in 15–20 days. We quote firm dates with your order confirmation. If you need faster, we can split the batch and airfreight the first part.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the aluminum or copper. For RoHS or REACH compliance, we provide test reports from a third-party lab. We also keep 5-year records if your customer audits.

Send your drawing Email your STEP, IGES, or PDF to sc@bquq.com. Add your target quantity and required finish. We reply with a firm quote in 12 hours — price, lead time, and tolerance check.
