1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique lot number. We record material heat numbers, machine parameters, and inspection results against that lot. If a problem appears in your assembly line, you can trace it back to the exact batch and date. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Critical features are measured with CMM equipment and compared directly to your drawing tolerances. We do not ship parts without this report. You do not need to re-inspect everything on arrival.
