2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Critical features are measured with CMM equipment and compared directly to your drawing tolerances. We do not ship parts without this report. You do not need to re-inspect everything on arrival.

A: Standard machining tolerance is ±0.01 mm on fin pitch and height. Overall dimensions hold ±0.02 mm. Every batch ships with a CMM inspection report. If we miss a dimension, we re-machine or refund at your choice.
Q: What is the typical lead time?
A: Prototypes ship in 10-15 days after drawing approval. Production runs of 1,000-10,000 pieces take 20-30 days. For urgent needs, we can expedite prototypes to 7 days. We confirm exact lead time with your order confirmation.
Q: Do you provide material certificates and compliance documents?
A: Yes. Every shipment includes mill test certificates for the raw material. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documentation on request. For aerospace or medical applications, we can supply full traceability documentation per batch.
