All values are standard for custom heat sinks and liquid cooling plates. If your drawing requires tighter tolerances, we adjust the process and quote accordingly.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique job number. Material certificates, machine logs, and inspection records are tied to that number. If a problem appears in your assembly line six months later, we trace it back to the exact batch, the exact machine, and the exact operator. No finger-pointing. No vague answers.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust our word. We send a full dimensional report with every shipment. Critical features are measured on a CMM and documented. For cold plates, we include pressure test and helium leak test results. You verify the numbers against your drawing. That is it.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Most suppliers outsource half their work. We do not. Your heat sink base is CNC-machined, your mounting clips are stamped, your compression springs are wound, and your cold plate is welded — all under one roof. Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype for validation, then scale to your volume. Prototype pricing is slightly higher per piece, but production pricing drops with quantity.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We inspect 100% of critical dimensions on every batch. For cold plates, we pressure test and helium leak test each unit. The inspection report is included in the shipment. If a part is out of tolerance, we replace it at our cost.
Q: What is the lead time for a custom heat sink? A: Prototypes: 10–15 working days from drawing approval. Production: 20–25 working days. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 7 days for prototypes, subject to machine availability.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for aluminum and copper, plus RoHS and REACH compliance documents. For aerospace or automotive applications, we provide full traceability documentation.
