This is a TV Wall Bracket produced by precision metal stamping at our 20-year-old Dongguan factory. You get a flatness of 0.08mm across the mounting plate, a hole-to-hole tolerance of ±0.05mm, and a surface finish of Ra 1.6—all at a lead time of 15 days for standard sizes. We use SPCC or SUS304 steel, hardened to 400–500 HV, so your bracket holds a 65-inch TV without flex or creep.
We build progressive dies with a hardened D2 punch and die insert. The die clearance is held at 5% of material thickness—no more, no less. That gives you clean sheared edges without burrs exceeding 0.05mm. The pilot holes are ground to ±0.01mm, so every bracket in a 10,000-piece run has the same hole pattern. We check flatness on a granite surface plate with a 0.001mm indicator. If a part exceeds 0.08mm flatness, it is rejected, not reworked.
For a 32-inch to 55-inch TV, we recommend SPCC cold-rolled steel at 2.0mm thickness. It gives you a yield strength of 280 MPa, and we zinc-plate it to 8–12 microns for corrosion resistance. For a 65-inch or larger TV, or for outdoor use, we switch to SUS304 stainless steel at 2.5mm. That material has a yield strength of 520 MPa and needs no coating. We will not stamp thinner than 1.5mm for a swivel arm design—bending stress will crack it over time.
Our stamping press is a 160-ton CNC servo machine. We pre-calculate springback angle using a modified Siebel formula, then over-bend by 2 to 3 degrees. After the first 50 pieces, we measure the bend angle with a digital protractor and adjust the die shim if needed. Final bend angle tolerance is ±0.5 degrees. The bend radius is kept at 1.5 times material thickness to prevent micro-cracks on the outer surface.
Standard finish is bright zinc plating, 8–12 microns, with a clear trivalent passivate. That passes a 72-hour neutral salt spray test per ASTM B117. If you need more, we offer black electrophoretic coating (15–20 microns) which passes 200 hours. For a matte look, we can powder coat to 60–80 microns, but that adds 3 days to lead time. Raw surface roughness after stamping is Ra 1.6; after coating, it stays below Ra 3.2.
Every batch of TV Wall Brackets goes through a three-stage check. First, we run a first-article inspection on a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and record 15 critical dimensions. Second, we do a pull-test on the mounting arm—applying a 150 kg static load for 10 minutes, then checking for permanent deformation under 0.2mm. Third, we sample 5 pieces per 500 and measure hole position, flatness, and coating thickness. You get a PDF inspection report with each shipment, no extra charge.
Standard lead time is 15 days for a stamped TV Wall Bracket from drawing approval to shipment. We pack brackets in individual EPE foam bags, then into 5-layer corrugated cartons with a 120 kg stacking strength. Each carton holds 20 pieces. For sea freight, we load into pallets with stretch wrap; for air freight, we use reinforced export cartons. We ship DDP to USA and EU warehouses if you need door-to-door delivery.

We do not ask for a minimum order quantity. Send us a 2D drawing or a 3D STEP file, and we will make 1 to 5 prototype pieces using a soft tool or wire-cut die. Prototype lead time is 5 days. Once you approve the sample, we harden the die and start mass production. Tooling cost is amortized over your order quantity, and we refund 50% of tooling cost after 10,000 pieces. For repeat orders, we keep the die in storage for 3 years at no charge.
No MOQ—we accept 1 prototype piece or 50,000 production pieces with the same quality system.
Yes, we modify the die for any hole pattern, arm length, or VESA standard within 3 days of drawing approval.
We use a CMM first-article inspection, a 150 kg pull-test on the arm, and a 5-piece per 500 sampling for dimensional and coating checks.
Prototype in 5 days, and mass production in 15 days after you confirm the sample.
Send us your 2D drawing or 3D STEP file with material, thickness, and surface finish requirements. We will return a firm unit price, tooling cost, and delivery date within 12 working hours.
