This is a ready-to-spec line of stamped steel hinges and brackets produced by BQUQ, a 20-year precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. You get stamped parts with a flatness of 0.05 mm per 100 mm, a surface finish of Ra 0.8 µm, and a lead time of 15 working days for standard sizes. The steel is case-hardened to 48 HRC, so your door, panel, or enclosure will hold alignment through 50,000 cycles without deformation.
Every hinge and bracket is made on 25-ton to 160-ton presses, then deburred and inspected. We do not paint over defects—we remove them. The result is a collection you can drop into a prototype or a production line without rework.
Stamping work-hardens the steel grain, increasing yield strength by up to 20% compared to the same grade in a machined block. That means a 1.5 mm thick stamped hinge leaf resists bending better than a 2.0 mm machined part of the same alloy. The die creates a consistent bend radius, so the hinge pin hole stays round at ±0.02 mm, not the ±0.1 mm you see from hand-finished brackets.
For heavy-duty applications, we add a crimped stop that limits rotation to 90° or 180°, eliminating the need for a separate stop pin. This reduces assembly time by 4 seconds per hinge on your line.

Zinc plating is available in clear, blue, or black, with a 72-hour neutral salt spray rating. If you need food-grade or marine-grade, we skip plating and use SUS316L, which we can also stamp—just note that the minimum bend radius increases to 1.5× material thickness.
Our standard stamping tolerance is ±0.05 mm for hole-to-hole spacing up to 100 mm. For the hinge pin bore, we hold +0.02 / -0.00 mm. The flatness of the mounting surface is 0.05 mm per 100 mm, and the squareness of the leaf to the pin is 0.03 mm over the full width. Runout on the pin bore, measured with a 6.0 mm gauge pin, is 0.02 mm TIR. We achieve this by using a two-stage stamping process: a pilot hole is pierced first, then the final bore is reamed in the same die station. This eliminates the drift you get from a single-stage punch.
We do not ship a batch based on a first-article only. Every lot of 500 pieces gets a 5-piece random inspection, and every lot of 100 pieces gets a 2-piece inspection. We measure the pin bore with a digital bore gauge (resolution 0.001 mm), flatness on a granite surface plate with a dial indicator, and surface finish with a portable profilometer. The results are recorded on a certificate that ships with your order.
For the bracket’s mounting holes, we use a go/no-go gauge made to your drawing. If the gauge fails, the entire lot is halted and re-run. This has kept our rejection rate below 0.3% for the last 12 months, and it is the reason we can offer a 15-day lead time without a rush fee.
You are not limited to our standard sizes. Send us your drawing, and we will design a progressive die that combines piercing, bending, and coining in one pass. For a hinge or bracket under 3 mm thick, stamping is faster and cheaper than CNC machining. Laser cutting is slower for holes under 5 mm and leaves a burr on the bottom edge, while our stamping produces a clean shear edge without secondary deburring.
