1. Batch-traceable quality, not just a sample. We assign a unique job number to every order. Raw material heat numbers, machine operator, CNC program version, and inspection results are linked to that number. If a problem shows up in your line, we trace it back to the exact batch and hour it was made. You get a PDF report with every shipment – not a generic certificate, but actual measured values for the dimensions you care about.
2. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsinks. Most heatsink shops only do extrusions or only do stamping. We run four lines under one roof. That means your folded fin heatsink, its stamped mounting clips, and the compression springs that hold it against your IGBT can all come from the same factory. One purchase order, one quality system, one freight bill. Fewer suppliers means fewer excuses when something doesn't fit.
3. We've been making heat sinks for 20 years. Our engineers have seen the failure modes – fin tilt from bad tooling, base concavity from residual stress, anodize buildup on critical surfaces. We design our process around avoiding those. We also flag issues in your drawing before we cut metal. If your fin pitch is too tight for the alloy you specified, we tell you before you pay for tooling.
Folded fin aluminum heatsinks are the workhorse for forced-air and natural convection cooling in dense electronics. Common applications:
Folded fins give you 2–3 times the surface area of a flat plate in the same footprint. They are lighter than die-cast or skived heatsinks, and tooling cost is a fraction of an extrusion die. That makes them the right choice for medium volumes (100–50,000 pcs/year) and for geometries that change between product revisions.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run prototype quantities of 1–5 pieces on the same CNC machines we use for production. You pay a slightly higher per-piece rate for small batches, but you get the same process, same inspection, and same quality system. When you scale up, the per-piece price drops automatically.
Q: What tolerance can you hold on fin pitch and base flatness? A: Fin pitch ±0.10 mm, base flatness ≤0.05 mm over 100 mm, and machined mounting surfaces ±0.05 mm. These are standard, not "best case." If you need tighter – for example, ≤0.02 mm flatness for a vapor chamber interface – we can do it with an extra grinding step.
Q: What is your lead time for a custom folded fin heatsink? A: Prototype (1–10 pcs): 10–15 working days after drawing approval. Production (100+ pcs): 20–25 working days. We keep 6063-T5 and 6061-T6 stock in common sizes, so we can start cutting the day you approve the quote. Urgent orders can be expedited to 7 days for a 20% surcharge.
Q: Can you provide material certificates and inspection reports? A: Yes. Every order ships with a mill certificate for the aluminum heat number and a dimensional inspection report listing measured values for all critical features. If your quality department requires PPAP level 3 or first article inspection (FAI), we provide that at no extra cost for orders above 500 pcs.
