Opening

Your crimp terminal drawing is the starting point. We build from it. Every part is made to your exact print, verified before shipment. No guesswork, no "close enough."

We run a 20-year-old precision manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China. Our stamping presses handle progressive dies up to 250 tons. We hold tolerances that matter for electrical connections.

At a glance: ±0.01 mm stamping tolerance, 10-day standard lead time, no MOQ, 100% batch inspection on critical dimensions.

Precision Deep Drawn Metal Cups

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each lot gets a unique heat number and production code. If a part fails in your line, we trace it back to the exact coil, die, and operator shift. You get a full traceability report with every shipment.

2. Inspection report per batch. We do not ship blind. Every batch includes a dimensional report with CMM data, material cert, and plating thickness readings. You can verify our numbers before you even unbox the parts.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsinks. Your crimp terminal might need a stamped housing, a coil spring contact, or a CNC-machined mating part. We make all of it under one roof. One PO, one quality system, one shipping date. No juggling three suppliers across time zones.

Where these parts are used

Crimp terminals from our presses go into real, demanding products.

  • Automotive wiring harnesses – battery terminals, ground lugs, sensor connectors. We meet IATF 16949 requirements for PPAP and IMDS submission.
  • Consumer electronics – battery contacts in earbuds, smartwatches, and handheld tools. Thin-gauge beryllium copper with selective plating for long cycle life.
  • Industrial control panels – ring terminals, fork terminals, and quick-disconnect tabs for PLC and motor control wiring.
  • Energy storage systems – high-current copper terminals for battery packs and inverters, with nickel or tin plating for low contact resistance.
  • Medical devices – miniature stamped contacts for diagnostic equipment, where corrosion resistance and repeatability are non-negotiable.

If your part carries current or connects two wires, we can stamp it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Yes, no MOQ. We run 100 prototype parts for your validation. Once approved, we scale to your volume. Tooling cost is quoted separately and amortized over your first production run if you want.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: Our dies are machined in-house on wire EDM and precision grinders. We check first articles on a CMM and verify every batch with a 2.5D projector. For critical dimensions, we use SPC with CpK ≥ 1.33. The inspection report is included free.

Q: What is the actual lead time? A: Standard is 10 working days from drawing approval. Simple flat parts can ship in 5 days. Complex progressive dies take 3-4 weeks for tooling, then 10 days for production. We quote exact dates with your quotation.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every shipment includes mill test certificates for the raw material, plating thickness reports, and RoHS/REACH declarations. For automotive parts, we provide PPAP Level 3 documents on request.
