We make stamped aluminum heat sinks and cooling fins exactly to your drawing. No guesswork. No redesigns. We verify every critical dimension before shipment.
You send the CAD file. We review formability, bend radius, and grain direction. Then we cut the tool, run the press, and measure. You get parts that drop into your assembly without rework.
At a glance: Tolerance ±0.05 mm on critical features, lead time 15–20 days after tool approval, no MOQ for standard alloys, and full material traceability.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Materials | Aluminum 1050, 1060, 5052, 6061, 6063; copper optional |
| Thickness range | 0.3 mm – 3.0 mm (up to 5.0 mm for simple bends) |
| Process | Progressive die stamping, compound die, bending, punching, embossing |
| Press capacity | 25 – 400 tons |
| Tolerance | ±0.05 mm on hole centers and bend lines; ±0.1 mm on overall length |
| Surface finish | As-stamped, brushed, anodized (clear, black, or custom color), powder coat |
| Flatness | ≤ 0.2 mm over 100 mm length for fin arrays |
| Lead time | Tooling 7–10 days; first articles 3–5 days after tool approval |
| Batch size | No MOQ; prototype to high-volume production |
| Inspection | CMM, optical comparator, pin gauges, surface roughness tester |
| Certifications | ISO 9001:2015, material certificates per batch |
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each lot gets a unique job number. We record coil number, press settings, and operator ID. If a part fails in your field test, we trace it back to the exact shift and material batch. You are not guessing which parts are bad.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with every shipment. We measure the first article 100% and then sample per AQL 1.0. The report includes CMM data, bend angle readings, and surface finish values. Your incoming QC can verify in minutes, not hours.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heat sink. Your stamped fins often need a CNC-machined base plate or a spring clip for assembly. We do all of it under one roof. No multiple vendors, no shipping delays, no tolerance stacking between suppliers. You send one drawing package, and we coordinate the full assembly.
Stamped aluminum heat sinks and cooling fins appear in high-volume electronics where cost per part matters.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run prototypes from 10 pieces and production from 500 pieces. Tooling cost is amortized into the part price only if you request it. For standard alloys and thicknesses, we often have existing tooling that fits your profile.
Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use progressive dies with in-die sensors for material thickness and bend angle. After stamping, we check critical dimensions on a CMM. Every batch ships with a dimensional inspection report. For high-volume runs, we do SPC monitoring and can provide CpK data on request.
Q: What is your lead time for custom metal stamping? A: Tooling takes 7–10 days for simple fin shapes, 15 days for complex multi-bend parts. First articles go out in 3–5 days after you approve the tool. Production lead time is 10–15 days depending on quantity. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or air freight.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the aluminum alloy and temper. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents. If you need a specific grain direction or temper, we order the coil to your spec and include the certificate in the shipment.
