Opening

Your flat spring design is not a catalog item. It is a solution to a specific mechanical problem—a force curve, a fatigue life, a space constraint. We build it exactly to your drawing, and we verify every critical dimension before the batch leaves our floor.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. Our metal stamping line has run for 20 years. We do not guess. We measure.

At a glance: ±0.01 mm tolerance on critical features, 7-day standard lead time, no MOQ, full material traceability.

Precision Stamped Connector Pins & Sockets

All springs are produced on high-speed presses (up to 600 strokes per minute) with in-die sensors for real-time quality monitoring. We hold hardness values within ±2 HRC where specified.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every coil of material we buy comes with a mill certificate. Every batch of springs gets a unique lot number. If a problem appears in your assembly line six months from now, we can trace that lot back to the exact material heat, the exact die, and the exact operator shift. No ambiguity.

2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust our word. Each shipment includes a dimensional inspection report with actual measured values—not just a pass/fail checkbox. We measure flatness, thickness, hole positions, and spring force on a calibrated test stand. If you want a video of the measurement process, we send that too.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your flat spring often sits next to a machined bracket or a heat sink. If you send us the whole assembly, we coordinate the tolerances internally. No mismatched parts between suppliers. No shipping delays across three vendors. One purchase order, one quality standard, one responsible party.

Where these parts are used

Precision stamped flat springs are not exotic. They are everywhere, and they fail silently when made poorly.

  • Automotive: seat belt tensioners, brake pedal return springs, fuel injector clips, EGR valve springs.
  • Electronics: battery contacts, SIM card holders, grounding clips, switch contact springs in laptops and smartphones.
  • Industrial equipment: pressure switch diaphragms, valve return springs, locking washers for heavy machinery.
  • Medical devices: spring contacts in diagnostic probes, latch springs in surgical instruments, force elements in drug delivery pens.
  • Appliances: door interlock springs in washing machines, thermostat contact springs, lid hinges in blenders.

In each case, the spring must hold its force over hundreds of thousands of cycles. A 0.02 mm error in the bend radius can change the force by 15%. That is why we treat your drawing as a contract, not a suggestion.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make 10 pieces for a prototype or 1 million for production. The unit price is higher for small batches because tooling and setup costs are spread over fewer parts. But you never have to over-order to meet a minimum.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We run a first article inspection on every batch before production. We measure with a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) and optical comparators. The inspection report is included with your shipment. If a dimension is out of spec, we re-run the batch at no cost to you.

Q: What is your lead time for custom metal stamping? A: Prototypes in 3-5 days after drawing review. Production parts in 7-15 days, depending on quantity and whether heat treatment is required. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or air freight. Most US and EU customers receive parts within 5-7 days of shipment.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the raw material, plus our own hardness and thickness test reports. If your customer requires a specific standard (ASTM, JIS, EN), we source material to that standard and provide the cert.

Send your drawing

Stop comparing quotes from middlemen. Talk directly to the factory that will actually run your parts. Send us your 2D drawing or 3D model. We will review the material, tolerances, and tooling cost, and send you a firm quote within 12 hours.
