We stamp lead frames from your exact print. Not from a catalog. Not from a "standard" we decided on. You send the CAD or PDF, we run the numbers, and we cut the tooling.
Every batch is checked against your critical dimensions before the carton is sealed. If it doesn't match your tolerance, it doesn't ship.

1. Batch-traceable quality Every coil of material is logged. Every die has a serial number. Every batch gets a unique lot code. If a part fails in your line, we trace it back to the exact coil, the exact press, and the exact operator shift. You get full traceability, not a shrug.
2. Inspection report per batch – free We don't just say "it's good." We measure it. Each batch ships with a dimensional inspection report covering your critical features: pitch, flatness, burr, plating thickness. You don't need to re-inspect everything on arrival. We already did.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your lead frame might need a stamped part, a CNC-machined heat sink, and a spring clip. Instead of juggling three suppliers across three time zones, you send one drawing package to us. We coordinate the processes internally. One purchase order, one shipping date, one quality standard. Fewer headaches, faster turnaround.
Precision stamped lead frames are the backbone of electronic packaging. You'll find them in:
If your part carries current, transfers heat, or holds a chip, we've stamped something like it.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept 100 pieces for prototyping and scale up to millions. Tooling cost is quoted separately, but for standard materials we often have existing dies that can be adapted.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We run first-article inspection on every new die before production. During production, we sample every 30 minutes and check critical dimensions. A full dimensional report is included with every shipment. If a part is out of tolerance, we replace the batch at our cost.
Q: What is your typical lead time? A: Prototype stamping: 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–20 days. If you need faster, we have a 24-hour rapid quote service and can expedite tooling for urgent projects.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for raw material, plating thickness reports, and RoHS/REACH compliance documents. For automotive projects, we can provide PPAP Level 3 documentation.
Stop guessing if a supplier can hit your tolerance. Send us your drawing and get a firm quote in 12 hours.
