Q: What is your MOQ?
A: No MOQ. We accept 100 pieces for prototyping and scale up to millions. Tooling cost is quoted separately, but for standard materials we often have existing dies that can be adapted.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality?
A: We run first-article inspection on every new die before production. During production, we sample every 30 minutes and check critical dimensions. A full dimensional report is included with every shipment. If a part is out of tolerance, we replace the batch at our cost.
Q: What is your typical lead time?
A: Prototype stamping: 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–20 days. If you need faster, we have a 24-hour rapid quote service and can expedite tooling for urgent projects.
Q: Do you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We provide mill certificates for raw material, plating thickness reports, and RoHS/REACH compliance documents. For automotive projects, we can provide PPAP Level 3 documentation.
