All tooling is designed in-house. We use wire-cut and CNC-machined die inserts for consistent edge quality. Press tonnage ranges from 10 to 60 tons. We handle micro parts down to 1.0 mm width without burr issues.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality?
A: We run first article inspection before production. During production, we check every 30 minutes using SPC. Final inspection covers 100% of critical dimensions and a sampling plan (AQL 0.65) for non-critical features. You get the report.
Q: What is the typical lead time?
A: Prototypes: 7–15 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–25 days, depending on material availability and plating requirements. Urgent orders can be expedited — tell us your deadline.
Q: Can you provide material certificates and RoHS/REACH compliance?
A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for every coil used. RoHS and REACH declarations are standard. If you need IMDS or specific automotive PPAP documents, we can provide them on request.
