All tooling is designed in-house. We use wire-cut and CNC-machined die inserts for consistent edge quality. Press tonnage ranges from 10 to 60 tons. We handle micro parts down to 1.0 mm width without burr issues.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each lot gets a unique batch number. Raw material certificates, process parameters, and inspection records are linked to that number. If you have a field failure, we trace it back to the exact coil and die station. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a full dimensional report with every shipment. This includes critical-to-function dimensions, plating thickness, and surface condition. We use CMM, optical comparators, and digital microscopes. The report matches your drawing callouts. No surprises on your incoming QC line.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. We run four production lines under one roof. If your terminal needs a stamped contact, a CNC-machined housing, a coil spring, and a heat sink for power dissipation, we make them all. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We run first article inspection before production. During production, we check every 30 minutes using SPC. Final inspection covers 100% of critical dimensions and a sampling plan (AQL 0.65) for non-critical features. You get the report.
Q: What is the typical lead time? A: Prototypes: 7–15 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–25 days, depending on material availability and plating requirements. Urgent orders can be expedited — tell us your deadline.
Q: Can you provide material certificates and RoHS/REACH compliance? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for every coil used. RoHS and REACH declarations are standard. If you need IMDS or specific automotive PPAP documents, we can provide them on request.
