Opening

Your power terminal drawing is the starting point. We turn it into a stamped part that meets your tolerance, surface, and batch requirements. Every piece is made to your drawing, not a generic catalog item. We verify dimensions and material before shipment, so you receive parts that fit your assembly the first time.

At a glance: Tolerances down to ±0.05 mm on critical features, lead time 7–15 days for standard batches, no MOQ for prototype or production runs. We ship from our Dongguan factory, made in China, with full inspection reports on request.

Precision Stamped Shims & Spacers

Our presses range from 25 to 250 tons, handling both thin precision parts and heavier power terminals. We use progressive dies for high-volume consistency and compound dies for complex geometries. Fine blanking is available for parts requiring a smooth shear edge.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique batch number. We record material heat number, die number, and operator for each run. If a problem appears in your assembly, you can trace it back to our production records in minutes. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists measured values for critical features, material thickness, and surface condition. We use CMM and optical projectors for verification. The report is signed by our QC engineer, not a machine printout.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your power terminal often sits next to a stamped spring contact or a CNC-machined heatsink. We do all of them under one roof. You send one drawing package, get one quote, one lead time, one shipping point. Fewer suppliers means fewer coordination headaches and faster problem solving.

Where these parts are used

Precision stamped power terminals appear in high-current and high-cycle applications. We supply parts for:

  • Electric vehicle battery packs – busbar terminals and cell connectors rated for 100–300 A continuous current.
  • Industrial power supplies – blade terminals, ring terminals, and quick-connect tabs for 48 V to 600 V systems.
  • Solar inverters – stamped copper lugs and grounding terminals with tin or silver plating for corrosion resistance.
  • Automotive relays and contactors – stamped contact springs and terminal blades that survive 100,000+ switching cycles.
  • Energy storage systems – nickel-plated copper terminals for rack-mounted battery modules.
  • Consumer electronics – small power jack terminals and battery contacts in devices drawing 5–20 A.

These parts share one requirement: consistent electrical conductivity and mechanical fit across thousands of pieces. Our stamping process delivers that consistency.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We accept prototype orders of 100 pieces and production orders of millions. Tooling cost is quoted separately for new dies. For existing dies, you pay only for parts.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use progressive dies with in-die sensors for thickness and position. After stamping, we check critical dimensions with CMM and optical projectors. Every batch gets a full inspection report. If a dimension is out of spec, we sort or rework before shipping.

Q: What is the lead time for stamped terminals? A: For parts with existing dies, samples ship in 3–5 days, production in 7–15 days. For new dies, add 10–15 days for design and fabrication. We confirm exact timing after reviewing your drawing.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for copper, brass, and stainless steel on request. Each certificate lists the heat number, chemical composition, and mechanical properties. We keep records for 5 years.

Send your drawing

Send us your 2D or 3D drawing for a firm quote. We reply within 12 hours with pricing, lead time, and die cost if applicable. We review manufacturability and suggest changes if your design can be stamped more efficiently.
