Opening

Your drawing defines the spring. We build exactly that.

Every spring is made to your print—wire diameter, free length, total coils, load at deflection, and end type. We verify each dimension before shipment. No guesswork.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on outer diameter and free length (per DIN 2095 grade 2)
  • Lead time: 7–12 working days for prototypes, 15–20 for production runs
  • No MOQ—order one piece or one million
  • Material certs: EN 10204 3.1 included with every batch

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years on CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks. One shop floor, one quality system, one invoice.

Custom Helical Spring Antenna Coils

All springs are stress-relieved after coiling. Shot peening is optional but recommended for cyclic loads above 10⁷ cycles. We set load at 20% of solid height per standard practice.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique number. That number links to material heat, coiling machine, operator, and inspection records. If a part fails in your assembly, we can trace it back to the exact wire lot in minutes. This is not typical for most spring shops in China.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists OD, ID, free length, solid height, and load at specified deflection for sampled pieces. We also include material certs and hardness test results. No extra charge.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heat sink. Your assembly may need a stamped bracket, a CNC-machined housing, and a spring. We make all of them under one roof. You get one purchase order, one quality contact, and one shipping date. Fewer suppliers means fewer delays and less finger-pointing.

Where these parts are used

Custom stainless steel compression springs are not commodity parts. They go into demanding assemblies.

  • Medical devices: syringe pumps, surgical staplers, and drug delivery pens. SUS 316L for corrosion resistance and biocompatibility.
  • Automotive: valve springs, clutch release mechanisms, and fuel injector internals. 17-7PH for high fatigue life.
  • Industrial valves: pressure relief valves and check valves. Springs must hold set pressure over millions of cycles.
  • Electrical switchgear: contact pressure springs in circuit breakers. Silver-plated for low contact resistance.
  • Aerospace actuators: small-diameter springs in servo valves. Inconel for high temperature.

If your spring fails, your product stops. That is why we treat tolerance and material certs as non-negotiable.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We coil one prototype for you to test, then scale to 500,000 pieces. Tooling is CNC-based, so setup cost is the same for one or one thousand.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We follow DIN 2095 grade 2 as the default. For tighter needs, we use grade 1 with 100% inspection on critical dimensions. Load testing is done on a digital force tester calibrated annually. Every batch gets a report.

Q: What is the lead time for custom springs? A: Prototypes ship in 7–12 working days after drawing approval. Production runs take 15–20 working days. For urgent orders, we can split delivery—ship what is ready first, then the balance.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates come with every batch, at no extra cost. We also provide heat treatment records and surface finish reports on request.
