Precision Stamped Washers and Shims

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique job number. We track material heat numbers, die settings, and operator stamps. If a part fails in your line, we trace it back to the exact shift and coil. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us. We send a dimensional report with every shipment. Key features measured on a CMM, results logged against your drawing callouts. You check the numbers before you pay the freight.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your hook needs a spring? Your latch needs a CNC-machined pin? Your clasp mounts on a stamped bracket with a heatsink? One RFQ, one factory, one quality system. Fewer vendors, fewer handoff errors, faster delivery.

Where these parts are used

Stamped hooks, latches, and clasps are the quiet workhorses of mechanical assemblies.

  • Automotive: seat belt buckles, hood latches, trunk hooks, interior trim clips.
  • Industrial enclosures: cabinet latches, door clasps, panel fasteners for electrical boxes.
  • Consumer goods: luggage locks, backpack buckles, tool chest latches, pet leash hooks.
  • Medical devices: instrument tray latches, bed rail hooks, equipment clasps.
  • Aerospace and defense: cargo tie-down hooks, quick-release latches for avionics racks.

These parts take repeated loads, corrosion, and vibration. Our stamping process gives you consistent grain flow and hard edges—no casting porosity, no weld weak points.

Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: Do you really have no MOQ? Yes. We run prototypes from 100 pieces. Production orders scale to millions per year. You pay a slightly higher unit price on small batches, but you do not pay for a warehouse of parts you do not need yet.

Q: What tolerance can you hold on stamped hooks and latches? Standard is ±0.1 mm on formed features. For critical holes and mounting surfaces, we hold ±0.05 mm with progressive dies. If your drawing needs tighter, we discuss it before quoting—do not surprise us after tooling is cut.

Q: What is your lead time for custom metal stamping? Prototype tooling and samples: 7–10 days. Production tooling (hardened steel dies): 3–4 weeks. First production run: 15–20 days after your approval of samples. For repeat orders, we keep your dies in our tool room and ship in 10 days.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? Yes. We supply mill test reports for every coil used in your order. For medical or automotive work, we also provide RoHS and REACH declarations, and we can perform hardness or tensile tests if your spec requires them.

Send your drawing

Stop comparing quotes from middlemen. Send your PDF or STEP file to a factory that runs the presses.

We reply with a firm quote in 12 hours. No vague ranges. You get unit price, tooling cost (if any), lead time, and a suggested material based on your application.
