Precision Stamped Battery Contacts

We run 25 stamping presses from 25 to 250 tons. Progressive dies handle high volume. Compound dies for tighter tolerances. Wire mesh covers are formed, then spot welded to the frame. All parts are deburred and cleaned before surface treatment.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique batch number. Raw material certs, in-process checks, and final dimensions are recorded against that number. If a problem appears in your line, we trace it back to the exact heat, coil, and press stroke. No ambiguity.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Key features are measured on a CMM and compared to your drawing. Surface finish and coating thickness are verified. The report is signed by our QC lead. You do not need to re-inspect everything on arrival.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your fan guard might need a stamped frame, a CNC-machined mounting boss, a spring clip, and a heat sink. Instead of juggling four suppliers, we do it all under one roof. Fewer handoffs, shorter lead times, one responsible party. This is custom metal stamping done right.

Where these parts are used

Stamped fan guards and wire mesh covers are everywhere. We ship to these industries daily:

  • Electronics cooling: Server racks, telecom cabinets, power supplies. Guards protect fans while maintaining airflow.
  • Automotive: Radiator fans, HVAC blowers, battery cooling modules. Vibration-resistant, corrosion-protected.
  • Medical equipment: Ventilators, imaging machines, lab instruments. Stainless steel grades with passivation for cleanroom compatibility.
  • Industrial machinery: Motor cooling, gearbox vents, compressor housings. Heavy-gauge guards for high-impact environments.
  • Consumer appliances: Air purifiers, gaming PCs, kitchen ventilation. Aesthetic powder-coated finishes that match your product design.
  • Energy systems: Inverters, solar chargers, UPS units. Aluminum guards with anodizing for lightweight, corrosion-resistant protection.

Each application has different airflow, safety, and durability demands. We adjust mesh opening, wire gauge, and frame stiffness to your spec. If you are unsure, send us your drawing and operating conditions. We will recommend the right configuration.

Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: What is the MOQ? A: No MOQ. We accept one-piece orders for prototypes and small runs. Production pricing kicks in at 500 pieces, but you never pay a penalty for starting small.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: First article inspection on every new tool. In-process checks every 2 hours during production. Final inspection on 100% of critical dimensions and AQL sampling for the rest. You get a CMM report per batch. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at no cost.

Q: What is the lead time for stamped fan guards? A: Prototypes in 3–5 days after drawing approval. Production tooling in 10–15 days. For repeat orders without tooling changes, we ship in 7 days. We quote exact dates with your order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Mill test certificates for raw material, coating thickness reports, and RoHS/REACH compliance documents. All included with the batch inspection report. This is standard for our made in China precision manufacturing service.
