Precision Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bipolar Plates

All tooling is designed and built in-house. We use progressive dies for high-volume runs and single-hit dies for prototypes and low volumes. Servo presses give us repeatable stroke control, which means consistent bend angles and hole positions across every batch.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every coil of material has a heat number. Every batch gets a traveler card. If a part fails in your line, we trace it back to the exact material lot and press run. You get full traceability, not just a box of parts.

2. Inspection report per batch. We ship a dimensional report with every order. It includes CMM data for critical features, surface finish readings, and material thickness verification. You do not need to re-measure everything. You can trust the numbers we send.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your enclosure often needs a heat sink, a spring clip, or a CNC-machined bracket. Most suppliers outsource these. We do them in-house. That means one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. Fewer emails, fewer delays, less risk.

Where these parts are used

Stamped enclosures and covers are not decorative. They protect electronics, guide airflow, and shield interference.

  • Power supplies: steel covers for AC/DC converters, EMI shielding panels
  • EV battery packs: aluminum covers for battery management systems, cooling plate housings
  • Industrial controls: enclosures for PLCs, VFDs, and motor starters
  • Telecom equipment: rack-mount covers, RF shield boxes, base station housings
  • Medical devices: stainless steel enclosures for diagnostic instruments, imaging equipment
  • Automotive electronics: sensor housings, ECU covers, connector brackets
  • LED lighting: heat sink covers, driver enclosures, reflector housings

If your part needs a bend, a hole, a thread, or a painted surface, we can stamp it. If it needs to be flat, square, and dimensionally stable, we do that too.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q1: Do you really have no MOQ? Yes. We run prototypes from 1 piece. Production orders can start at 100 pieces. Our tooling is modular, so we do not force you into large batches. You pay for parts, not for minimums.

Q2: How do you control tolerance and quality? We use progressive dies with in-die sensors for high-volume runs. For precision features, we use CMM and optical comparators. Every batch gets a first-article inspection (FAI) and a final dimensional report. We hold ±0.05 mm on standard stamped features, and ±0.02 mm on critical holes and bends.

Q3: What is your typical lead time? Prototypes: 7–10 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–25 days, depending on surface finish and quantity. We can expedite to 5 days for urgent samples. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight – your choice.

Q4: Can you provide material certificates? Yes. We supply mill certificates (MTC) for all materials, including chemical composition and mechanical properties. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents. If you need a specific grade or coating, we source it and certify it.

Send your drawing

Stop guessing. Send us your 2D or 3D file (STEP, IGES, PDF, or DWG). We will review the geometry, check the tolerances, and confirm the material.

You get a firm quote in 12 hours. Not a range. Not a maybe. A fixed price with lead time.

Custom metal stamping, made in China, with no MOQ. That is what we do.
