Opening

Your drawing defines the part. We build it.

We machine custom heat sinks and vapor chamber assemblies to your exact geometry—hole patterns, fin pitch, base flatness, and mounting features. Every unit is verified before shipment.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical mounting surfaces
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production runs
  • No MOQ—order 1 piece or 10,000
  • Surface finish: 0.8 µm Ra or better on base contact areas

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years of experience across CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sink production. One shop, full control.

Precision Machined Pin Fin Heat Sinks

All raw materials are sourced with mill certificates. Heat treatment and aging per ASTM B221 or your specified standard.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique lot number. We track material heat number, machine operator, and inspection data for each lot. If a problem appears in your field, we trace it back to the exact pour and shift. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a full dimensional report (CMM data), surface finish readings, and leak test results for vapor chambers—all before we ship. No surprise rejects at your incoming QC. We also keep samples for 12 months.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your heat sink often needs a stamped clip, a spring-loaded fastener, or a machined mounting plate. We do all of it under one roof. Fewer suppliers, shorter lead times, and one accountable partner. That is precision manufacturing without the runaround.

Where these parts are used

Custom heat sinks and vapor chambers go into equipment where thermal management is non-negotiable.

  • Power electronics: IGBT modules, rectifiers, and DC-DC converters in industrial drives. Base flatness and thermal interface quality matter most here.
  • LED lighting: High-bay fixtures and automotive headlamps. We machine fin arrays for passive convection or bond vapor chambers for spot cooling.
  • Telecom and 5G: Remote radio units (RRUs) and base station amplifiers. Vapor chambers spread heat from small die areas to large fin fields.
  • Medical devices: Laser sources and imaging systems where temperature stability affects accuracy.
  • EV charging and battery systems: Liquid-cooled cold plates and hybrid vapor chamber + fin assemblies for onboard chargers.

If your application generates more than 10 W/cm² at the source, a vapor chamber design is worth evaluating. We can help you decide with a quick thermal simulation based on your drawing.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run one-off prototypes at standard pricing. For production, we offer tiered pricing—1–100, 101–1000, 1000+ pcs. Tooling (if any) is quoted separately and amortized over your first order.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to ±0.05 mm on critical features. Every batch is inspected with CMM and profilometer. You get the inspection report with the shipment. If a part fails your incoming check, we replace it at no cost—including freight.

Q: What is your lead time for custom heat sinks? A: Prototypes: 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production: 15–20 days. For vapor chamber assemblies, add 3–5 days for bonding and leak testing. We quote exact dates when you send your drawing.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for aluminum and copper, plus RoHS and REACH compliance documents. For vapor chambers, we include leak test and thermal resistance test data per unit.
