All raw materials are sourced with mill certificates. Heat treatment and aging per ASTM B221 or your specified standard.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique lot number. We track material heat number, machine operator, and inspection data for each lot. If a problem appears in your field, we trace it back to the exact pour and shift. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a full dimensional report (CMM data), surface finish readings, and leak test results for vapor chambers—all before we ship. No surprise rejects at your incoming QC. We also keep samples for 12 months.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your heat sink often needs a stamped clip, a spring-loaded fastener, or a machined mounting plate. We do all of it under one roof.
