Opening

Your drawing. Our machines. A heatsink that fits right the first time.

We machine thyristor rectifier heatsinks to your exact print. Every fin pitch, every mounting hole, every surface flatness is verified before shipment. We do not guess. We measure.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical mounting faces
  • Surface flatness: 0.05 mm per 100 mm
  • Lead time: 7–15 days for prototypes, 15–25 days for production runs
  • No MOQ – send one piece or ten thousand
  • Material certs included with every batch

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. 20 years on CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. You send the PDF or STEP. We return a firm quote in 12 hours.

Custom Bonded Fin Aluminum Heatsinks

We use 6063-T5 for most extruded heat sinks – good thermal conductivity (201 W/m·K) and easy to anodize. For higher strength or welded assemblies, we switch to 6061-T6. Copper is available for extreme thermal loads, but we will tell you if aluminum is enough. No upsell.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Every heatsink gets a unique batch number. We track material lot, machine operator, and inspection results. If a problem appears in your line, we trace it back in minutes, not weeks. This is standard for us, not a premium service.

2. Inspection report per batch You do not have to trust us. Each shipment includes a dimensional report – CMM data for critical features, flatness readings, and surface finish values. Your incoming QC can verify in 10 minutes. We have passed audits from automotive, medical, and power electronics buyers.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsink Your thyristor module needs a heatsink, a spring clamp, and a stamped busbar. We make all three under one roof. You get one purchase order, one quality system, one shipping point. Fewer suppliers, fewer delays, fewer excuses.

Where these parts are used

Thyristor rectifier heatsinks are not decorative. They pull heat away from high-power semiconductors in continuous duty.

  • DC power supplies – electroplating, anodizing, and welding rectifiers. 500 A to 5000 A modules.
  • Motor drives – variable frequency drives (VFDs) for industrial motors. Thyristors in the input bridge.
  • Battery chargers – forklift and EV charging stations. High current, long duty cycles.
  • UPS systems – uninterruptible power supplies for data centers. Heat must move 24/7.
  • Induction heating – melting and forging equipment. Thyristor stacks run hot and hard.
  • Rail traction – auxiliary converters in locomotives and metros. Vibration and thermal cycling.

In every case, the heatsink is the difference between a 20-year service life and a field failure. We machine the contact faces to 0.05 mm flatness so the thermal grease layer is thin and even. That is where most cheap heatsinks fail – warped surfaces, air gaps, hot spots.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We machine one prototype or a million pieces. For one-off heatsinks, we use standard extruded profiles and cut to length. For production, we make dedicated tooling only when volume justifies it. You pay for parts, not for minimums.

Q: What tolerance and quality can you guarantee? A: Standard is ±0.05 mm on mounting faces and hole positions. Flatness is 0.05 mm per 100 mm. We include a CMM inspection report with every batch. If you need tighter – ±0.02 mm – we can do it, but we will tell you the cost impact first.

Q: What is the lead time for custom heat sinks? A: Prototype (1–5 pcs): 7–10 days. Production (100–1000 pcs): 15–20 days. Large runs (10,000+): 25–30 days. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight. We quote exact dates, not ranges, when you send the drawing.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the aluminum or copper, plus our own inspection report. For RoHS or REACH compliance, we provide test reports from a third-party lab. No extra charge for standard certs.

Send your drawing

Stop comparing quotes from middlemen. Talk to the factory that machines the part.

Send us your drawing – PDF, STEP, or even a hand sketch. We will check the design for manufacturability, suggest a better fin layout if it helps, and return a firm quote in 12 hours.
