Opening

Your drawing defines the part. Our job is to hit the numbers on it. We machine bonded fin aluminum heatsinks to your exact print, then verify every critical dimension before the crate leaves our floor. No surprises at incoming inspection.

At a glance: Bonded fin assembly tolerance ±0.05 mm. Standard lead time 15 working days. No MOQ. Prototype to production in one facility.

Custom Heat Sinks Made in China

We use 6063-T5 for most extrusions because it balances thermal conductivity and machinability. If your design needs higher strength, we switch to 6061-T6. Fin bonding is done with thermal-grade epoxy rated for continuous operation up to 150°C. For higher temperatures, we use mechanical stake bonding with no adhesive.

Three Reasons Buyers Send Us Their Drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heatsink gets a unique batch number. We record material lot, machine operator, tooling used, and inspection results for that batch. If you find an issue six months later, we can trace it back to the exact pour and shift. This is standard, not a premium service.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail stamp. We measure critical features like mounting hole positions, fin spacing, and base flatness on every batch. CMM data is included for complex geometries. You can file this report with your own QA without re-measuring everything.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heatsinks. Your assembly might need a stamped bracket, a compression spring, and a machined heatsink. We make all of them under one roof. That means one purchase order, one shipping date, and one quality system. No coordinating three suppliers across time zones.

Where These Parts Are Used

Bonded fin aluminum heatsinks handle high heat flux in constrained spaces. You will find them in:

  • Power electronics: IGBT modules, thyristor stacks, and rectifier bridges in industrial drives and UPS systems. Bonded fins give 30–50% more surface area than extruded profiles of the same footprint.
  • Telecom base stations: RF power amplifiers and remote radio heads where airflow is limited and ambient temperatures reach 55°C. The fin density helps shed heat in sealed enclosures.
  • Electric vehicle charging: DC fast chargers and onboard chargers that cycle between full load and idle. Bonded construction resists thermal fatigue better than brazed joints.
  • Laser equipment: Diode laser mounts and cooling blocks where flatness and parallelism directly affect optical alignment.
  • Medical imaging: X-ray generators and MRI gradient amplifiers that need quiet, passive cooling without moving parts.

If your application runs hot and the space is tight, bonded fins are usually the answer.

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Correct. We make one prototype or one million pieces. The unit price for a single piece is higher because setup and programming dominate the cost. Once you move to production quantities, pricing drops significantly. We quote per drawing, so send yours for an exact number.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We inspect every batch with calibrated equipment. Critical dimensions are measured on a CMM. Surface finish is checked with a profilometer. We send you the inspection report with the shipment. If a part is out of tolerance, we replace it at no cost. Our defect rate over the last five years is below 0.3%.

Q: What is the lead time for custom heat sinks? A: Prototypes take 15 working days from drawing approval. Production runs take 20–25 working days depending on quantity and surface treatment. Anodizing adds 3–5 days. We can expedite prototypes to 7 working days for an additional fee.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every aluminum lot comes with a mill certificate showing chemical composition and mechanical properties. We also provide RoHS and REACH declarations on request. For aerospace or medical applications, we can supply full traceability documentation.
