We run 3-axis and 4-axis CNC mills, plus a dedicated extrusion line for long runs. For stamped heat sinks, our press shop handles thin-gauge aluminum up to 3 mm. Springs? We make those too – useful when your assembly needs a clip or a preload element.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. Material heat number, machine operator, inspection results – all recorded. If a problem shows up at your line, we trace it to the exact shift and billet. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Key features measured: base flatness, hole positions, fin parallelism, surface roughness. We use a CMM and calibrated gauges. Reports are PDF, sent with the packing list.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a mill certificate for the aluminum alloy and a dimensional inspection report. If you need third-party testing, we arrange it at cost.
