Opening

Your drawing. Our machines. A heat sink that fits exactly where it must.

We machine aluminum heat sinks with mounting bases from raw billet or extrusion, to your print. Every unit is checked for flatness, hole position, and surface finish before it leaves our floor. No surprises at your incoming inspection.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical mounting features
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production runs
  • No MOQ – order one piece or ten thousand
  • Material certs included with every batch

We are a 20-year-old factory in Dongguan, China. CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks under one roof. You send the drawing. We send a quote. Simple.

Custom Heat Sinks Made in China

We run 3-axis and 4-axis CNC mills, plus a dedicated extrusion line for long runs. For stamped heat sinks, our press shop handles thin-gauge aluminum up to 3 mm. Springs? We make those too – useful when your assembly needs a clip or a preload element.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. Material heat number, machine operator, inspection results – all recorded. If a problem shows up at your line, we trace it to the exact shift and billet. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Key features measured: base flatness, hole positions, fin parallelism, surface roughness. We use a CMM and calibrated gauges. Reports are PDF, sent with the packing list.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your heat sink might need a stamped clip, a spring-loaded fastener, or a CNC-machined mounting bracket. We do all of it in-house. Fewer suppliers, fewer handoffs, fewer tolerance stack-ups. One accountable partner.

Where these parts are used

Our heat sinks with mounting bases go into power electronics, LED lighting, and industrial drives. Specifically:

  • IGBT modules and MOSFET heatsinks for motor drives – the base plate must be flat to 0.05 mm for proper thermal interface material contact.
  • LED streetlight housings – anodized finish resists corrosion outdoors.
  • Telecom base station power amplifiers – forced-air cooling with high fin density.
  • Medical laser power supplies – tight tolerance on mounting holes for repeatable assembly.
  • EV battery chargers – vibration-resistant mounting base with threaded inserts.

If your application needs a stable thermal path, a rigid mount, and a part that survives thermal cycling, this is the right geometry.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is the MOQ? A: No MOQ. We quote one piece for prototyping and scale to your volume. Tooling is minimal because we machine from standard blanks or extrusions.

Q: What tolerance can you hold on the mounting base? A: ±0.05 mm on hole positions and base thickness. Flatness of the base is held to 0.05 mm over 100 mm. For stamped heat sinks, we hold ±0.1 mm on formed features.

Q: What is the lead time for a custom heat sink? A: Prototypes ship in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs of 1,000+ pieces ship in 15–20 days. We confirm exact dates with your order confirmation.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a mill certificate for the aluminum alloy and a dimensional inspection report. If you need third-party testing, we arrange it at cost.
