Opening

Your battery contact spring starts as a drawing. We turn it into a finished part with a tolerance of ±0.01 mm on critical dimensions. Every spring is verified before shipment—dimensional check, load test, and surface inspection. No exceptions.

  • Tolerance: ±0.01 mm (wire diameter and free length)
  • Lead time: 5–7 working days for prototypes, 10–15 days for production
  • No MOQ: order 1 piece or 1 million
  • Materials: spring steel, stainless steel, beryllium copper, phosphor bronze
  • Certification: ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 (automotive grade)

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years of spring-making experience. Your drawing is the only thing we need to start.

Custom Helical Spring Antenna Coils

All springs are made from certified raw material. We keep batch records for 3 years.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique lot number. We track material heat number, machine settings, and operator ID. If a problem shows up in your line, we can trace it back to the exact production hour.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. It includes wire diameter, free length, load at deflection, and surface condition. No extra charge. We also send photos of the actual parts under the 2D projector if you ask.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your battery contact spring often sits next to a stamped bracket or a CNC-machined housing. We make all of them under one roof. Fewer suppliers, faster lead time, and no tolerance mismatch between mating parts.

Where these parts are used

Battery contact springs are small but critical. They carry current and maintain pressure in demanding environments.

  • Consumer electronics: Smartphone battery connectors, earbud charging cases, smartwatch contact pins.
  • Power tools: Battery packs for drills and saws—springs must handle vibration and repeated insertion.
  • Medical devices: Hearing aid batteries, portable monitors. We use biocompatible materials on request.
  • Automotive: EV battery management systems, key fobs, tire pressure sensors. IATF 16949 certified.
  • Industrial equipment: Backup batteries in PLCs, UPS units, and handheld scanners.

In every case, the spring’s contact force determines reliability. A loose spring causes intermittent power loss. Ours hold their load within ±5% over 10,000 cycles.

Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make 1 prototype for testing or 1 million for production. Prototype price is slightly higher per piece, but production pricing drops with volume.

Q: How do you control tolerance and quality? A: We use CNC coiling machines with closed-loop wire feed control. Every batch is sampled per AQL 2.5 (ISO 2859-1). Critical dimensions are checked on a 2D projector. We send the inspection report with your shipment.

Q: What is the lead time? A: Prototypes: 5–7 working days from drawing approval. Production: 10–15 working days for standard materials. If you need faster, we can expedite for an additional 20% surcharge.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the raw wire. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request. For medical or automotive, we add IATF 16949 PPAP documents.

Send your drawing

Send us your 2D or 3D drawing. We will review it for manufacturability and send a firm quote within 12 hours. Include material, load requirements, and surface finish if you have them. If not, we will recommend the best option.
