A: We use CNC coiling machines with closed-loop wire feed control. Every batch is sampled per AQL 2.5 (ISO 2859-1). Critical dimensions are checked on a 2D projector. We send the inspection report with your shipment.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Prototypes: 5–7 working days from drawing approval. Production: 10–15 working days for standard materials. If you need faster, we can expedite for an additional 20% surcharge.
Q: Do you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. Every batch comes with a mill certificate for the raw wire. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request. For medical or automotive, we add IATF 16949 PPAP documents.
