2. Inspection report per batch You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Critical features are measured and recorded. The report shows actual values, not just pass/fail. For heat sinks, we include flatness, fin spacing, and anodizing thickness. This saves your incoming QC time and avoids surprises.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your heat sink often needs a stamped clip, a spring, or a CNC-machined base plate. We make all of them under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality standard, and one shipping date. You reduce supplier management and freight costs.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to ±0.05 mm as standard. Every batch is inspected on a CMM, and we send you the report. If a part is out of spec, we remake it at our cost.
Q: What is your lead time for custom heat sinks? A: Prototypes in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs in 15–20 days. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and air-ship the first 100 pieces.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for aluminum, anodizing thickness reports, and RoHS/REACH compliance documents. All are included with the batch inspection report.
