A: We machine to ±0.05 mm as standard. Every batch is inspected on a CMM, and we send you the report. If a part is out of spec, we remake it at our cost.
Q: What is your lead time for custom heat sinks?
A: Prototypes in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs in 15–20 days. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and air-ship the first 100 pieces.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for aluminum, anodizing thickness reports, and RoHS/REACH compliance documents. All are included with the batch inspection report.
