Your drawing is the starting point. We machine the rest.

Every heat sink in this collection starts as a raw aluminum block or extrusion. We cut, mill, and finish it to your exact print. Before any part leaves our floor, it goes through a full dimensional check on a CMM. You get verified geometry, not a promise.

  • Tolerance: ±0.05 mm on critical features
  • Lead time: 7–12 days for prototypes, 15–20 days for production
  • No MOQ: order 1 piece or 10,000
  • Surface: black anodized, MIL-A-8625 Type II or Type III

We are a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China, with 20 years in CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks. One supplier for your thermal and mechanical parts.

Custom Industrial Heat Sinks Precision Manufacturing No MOQ

All machining is done in-house. We control the process from raw bar to anodized finish. No middlemen, no quality gaps.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality Each batch gets a unique lot number. We track material certs, machine parameters, and inspection records against that number. If a problem appears in your assembly line, we can trace it back to the exact shift and tool path in 30 minutes.

2. Inspection report per batch You get a dimensional report with every shipment. Critical features are measured and recorded. The report shows actual values, not just pass/fail. For heat sinks, we include flatness, fin spacing, and anodizing thickness. This saves your incoming QC time and avoids surprises.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your heat sink often needs a stamped clip, a spring, or a CNC-machined base plate. We make all of them under one roof. That means one purchase order, one quality standard, and one shipping date. You reduce supplier management and freight costs.

Where these parts are used

Custom heat sinks from this line go into electronics that generate real heat.

  • Power electronics: IGBT modules, rectifiers, and inverters for industrial drives. Black anodized surfaces improve emissivity, so radiation cooling works alongside convection.
  • LED lighting: High-bay fixtures and automotive headlamps. We hold tight fin spacing for maximum surface area in compact housings.
  • Telecom equipment: Base stations and edge routers. Our 6063-T5 extrusions are lightweight and corrosion-resistant for outdoor enclosures.
  • Medical devices: Laser systems and imaging equipment. We meet cleanroom standards and provide full material traceability.
  • EV charging: DC fast chargers and onboard converters. Skived fins handle high heat flux in sealed enclosures where airflow is limited.

If your part has a thermal problem, we have a geometry for it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We run one prototype or 50,000 pieces. Tooling is minimal for CNC parts; extrusion dies cost extra but are amortized over your order.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to ±0.05 mm as standard. Every batch is inspected on a CMM, and we send you the report. If a part is out of spec, we remake it at our cost.

Q: What is your lead time for custom heat sinks? A: Prototypes in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production runs in 15–20 days. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and air-ship the first 100 pieces.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for aluminum, anodizing thickness reports, and RoHS/REACH compliance documents. All are included with the batch inspection report.

Send your drawing

Stop guessing if a supplier can hold your tolerances. Send us your PDF or STEP file, and we will confirm machinability within 4 hours.

You get a firm quote in 12 hours—price, lead time, and suggested design changes if we see a way to cut cost. No vague estimates.
