We hold the taper angle to ± 0.005 mm. The slots are milled with a 0.3 mm cutter, then deburred by hand under a microscope. The cutaway view shows the internal relief we add so the collet closes evenly under pressure.

A: We grind the taper after heat treatment to remove distortion. Every collet is checked on an air gauge for bore size and a sine bar for taper angle. We send a CMM report with each batch.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: 7 days for samples, 12 days for production runs up to 10,000 pieces. If you need it faster, we can split the batch and ship partial orders.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We supply mill certs for raw material, heat treatment reports, and a declaration of conformity. All documents are in English and stamped by our QC department.
