This is a 36-type extended collet for auto lathes, with an external thread for direct mounting. It is a wear part that holds your bar stock. If the collet is off, your part is off. We make it right.

We use CNC lathes with live tooling for the thread and bore in one setup. This eliminates re-clamping errors. For hardened collets, we grind the bore after heat treatment. That is how we hold ±0.005 mm.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique heat number and work order. If you need to trace a material cert or a process record, we can pull it in minutes. No mixing of steel grades. No "we think it was this material." We know.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail stamp. We record bore diameter, thread pitch diameter, concentricity, and hardness. If you have a CMM program, send it. We will run it.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your collet is not the only part you buy. We also run CNC machining lines, metal stamping presses, spring coiling machines, and heat sink fabrication. Send us an assembly drawing with multiple components. We quote the whole set. One supplier, one quality system, one shipping point.
