A: We use CNC machines with ±0.002 mm positioning accuracy. Wire EDM holds slot width to ±0.005 mm. Every collet is measured on a CMM or with calibrated micrometers. We send the inspection report with the shipment. If anything is out of spec, we replace it at no cost.
Q: What is your typical lead time?
A: Prototypes (1-5 pieces) ship in 7 working days. Production batches (50-500 pieces) ship in 10-12 working days. Larger orders may take 15 days. We confirm exact lead time when you send the drawing.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
