This is a 40-type round bore spring collet chuck for auto lathes. It holds bar stock from 1 mm to 40 mm depending on your bore profile. We machine it from your print, with your tolerances, your material grade, your surface finish.

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every collet chuck gets a unique batch number. We record raw material heat number, heat treatment furnace log, and final inspection data. If you have a problem six months later, we can trace it back to the exact steel melt.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists bore diameter, taper angle, slot width, hardness, and concentricity. We use a Zeiss CMM and a Mitutoyo hardness tester. The report is signed by our QC engineer, not a machine.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to your drawing tolerance, typically ±0.005 mm on bore and OD. After heat treatment, we grind the bore to final size. Every piece is measured, and you receive a CMM report per batch. If any dimension is out, we rework or replace at no cost.
Q: What is your lead time? A: 7 days for prototypes, 12 days for production batches up to 1,000 pieces. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and ship the first 50 pieces in 5 days. We will confirm exact dates in our quote.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw steel, heat treatment reports, and a RoHS/REACH declaration if required. All documents are in English and included with the shipment.
