We run the 60 type collet on our own CNC lathes and grinders. The bore is ground after heat treatment to hold the ±0.005 mm tolerance. Slots are cut by wire EDM for clean edges and consistent spring action. Each chuck is tested with a master gauge before it leaves the floor.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report for every batch, not just a sample. We measure bore diameter, taper angle, concentricity, and hardness on each piece or per AQL sampling plan. The report is signed by our QC engineer and sent with the shipment.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + spring + heatsink. Your collet chuck is one component. Maybe you also need a spring, a stamped retainer, or a heatsink for the spindle motor.
