We run the 60 type collet on our own CNC lathes and grinders. The bore is ground after heat treatment to hold the ±0.005 mm tolerance. Slots are cut by wire EDM for clean edges and consistent spring action. Each chuck is tested with a master gauge before it leaves the floor.

2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report for every batch, not just a sample. We measure bore diameter, taper angle, concentricity, and hardness on each piece or per AQL sampling plan. The report is signed by our QC engineer and sent with the shipment.
