We use Swiss-type auto lathes for the body and dedicated internal grinders for the bore. The square bore is cut with wire EDM, not broaching, so corners are sharp and stress-free. Each chuck is serialized. Batch records include heat treat furnace logs and material heat numbers.

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heat lot is separated. We keep a sample from each batch for 24 months. If you have a failure in the field, we can trace the material, the heat treat cycle, and the operator. That is not common for collet chucks made in China – we do it as standard.
2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail. Runout, bore size, taper angle, hardness – all printed and signed. For critical orders, we include the CMM scan data file. You can verify without re-measuring everything.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your collet chuck is not an isolated part. If your assembly also needs a spring, a stamped bracket, or a heat sink, we make them under the same roof. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. Fewer suppliers means fewer surprises.

A: No MOQ. We make one piece for prototypes and thousands for production. The per-piece price drops with quantity, but the quality process is identical.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality?
A: We cut to your drawing, not to a standard. Each chuck is measured on a CMM and a test bar runout is checked. You receive the inspection report with the shipment. If any dimension is out of spec, we replace it at no cost, including freight.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: 7 working days for soft steel, 12 for hardened, 15 if you need balancing. For urgent orders, we can expedite to 5 days at a 20% surcharge. We ship via DHL, FedEx, or your forwarder.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for the raw material, heat treat reports with furnace curves, and hardness test results. All documents are in English and stamped by our QC department.
