We use CNC lathes and jig grinders for the bore and taper. Heat treatment is done in-house with a vacuum furnace, so hardness is consistent across the batch. Each collet is serialized for traceability.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every collet gets a unique number. We record material heat number, heat treatment cycle, and final dimensions. If a problem appears in your production, we can trace it back to the exact batch and process step. No guesswork.
2. Inspection report per batch. You receive a dimensional report with every shipment. It lists bore size, taper angle, concentricity, and hardness for each collet or a sample per batch. This report is signed by our QC engineer and matches your drawing tolerances. You can file it with your own QA records.
3. One factory for multiple lines. We run CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks under one roof.
