Opening

Your drawing defines the part. Our job is to make it exactly that — no interpretation, no shortcuts. Every custom CNC collet chuck we ship is machined to your print and verified before leaving the factory. We measure critical dimensions on every unit, not just the first article.

At a glance: Tolerance ±0.005 mm on bore and taper, surface finish Ra 0.4, lead time 7–15 days, no MOQ, material certs included.

We run a 20-year-old precision manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China. Our CNC lathe and machining center lines are dedicated to collet work. You send the drawing. We return a firm quote in 12 hours.

Custom CNC Collet Chuck 46 Type Round Bore Extended, Made in

We use hardened and ground blanks for collet bodies. Slots are cut with wire EDM to maintain consistent spring rate. The taper is ground after heat treatment to hold geometry. Each collet is tested with a master mandrel before packing.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heat number, every material cert, every inspection record is linked to your order. If a problem appears in your production line six months later, we trace it back to the exact batch and the exact machine. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a dimensional report with actual measured values, not a checkbox. We record bore diameter, taper angle, concentricity, hardness, and surface finish for each batch. If you need full CMM data, we provide it in PDF or Excel format.

3. One factory for CNC machining, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your collet chuck is not a standalone part. It sits in a system with springs, stamped retainers, and possibly a heat sink for high-speed spindles. We make all of those under one roof. Fewer suppliers, fewer handoffs, fewer tolerance stack-ups.

Where these parts are used

Custom CNC collet chucks from this series are used in automatic lathes and Swiss-type machines. The 25 and 36 series fit small-diameter bar work — watch pins, medical screws, electronic connector pins. The 42, 46, and 52 series handle larger stock for automotive fuel injectors, hydraulic fittings, and bearing races.

You will also find these collets in multi-spindle automatics, CNC turning centers with bar feeders, and secondary operations on machining centers. The 46 and 52 series are common in heavy-duty turning where grip force and repeatability matter more than speed.

Some buyers use them as replacement collets for OEM spindles. Others use them as original parts in their own machine tool products. Either way, the drawing is the contract.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is your MOQ? No MOQ. We make one piece for prototype validation or 10,000 pieces for production. The price per piece drops with quantity, but the quality standard does not.

How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? We grind the bore and taper after heat treatment. We measure with a CMM and air gauges. Every batch gets a dimensional report. If a part is out of spec, it does not ship. We have a 0.3% defect rate target, and we hold it.

What is your lead time? Standard series 25–52: 7 days. Custom designs with special materials or heat treatment: 15 days. Urgent orders can be expedited to 5 days for standard series, subject to machine availability.

Do you provide material certificates? Yes. Every order includes mill certificates for raw material and heat treatment reports. We also provide hardness test reports and, if requested, third-party inspection from SGS or BV.
