Your drone camera mount is only as good as its last flight. Vibration, weight, and alignment decide the image quality. We machine mounts to your exact drawing, not a generic stock part. Every unit is verified before shipment. You get a part that fits your gimbal, your payload, and your production schedule.
We run a 20-year-old factory in Dongguan, China. Our CNC lines handle aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel. We hold tolerances down to ±0.005 mm on critical features. Lead time is 7–15 days for prototypes, 15–25 days for production runs. No MOQ. Send one drawing or ten thousand units—the price per part drops with quantity, but the quality does not.
At a glance: ±0.005 mm tolerance, 7-day prototype lead time, no MOQ, ISO 9001:2015 certified, in-house CMM inspection.

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. We track material lot, machine operator, tool wear, and inspection results in our ERP. If a part fails in the field, we can trace it back to the exact heat of aluminum and the exact cutter pass. You get a full traceability report with every shipment.
2. Inspection report per batch. We do not trust the machine alone. Every critical dimension is checked on a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). You receive a dimensional report with actual measured values, not just a pass/fail stamp. For drone mounts, we also check flatness, concentricity, and surface roughness on sealing faces. This report is free with every order.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your drone mount might need a stamped bracket, a compression spring for damping, or a heat sink for the camera sensor. Instead of coordinating three suppliers, you send one drawing package to us. We machine the mount, stamp the bracket, wind the spring, and CNC the heat sink under one roof. Fewer handoffs mean fewer tolerance stack-ups and faster lead times.
CNC machined drone camera mounts are not just for consumer quadcopters. We supply parts for:
In every case, the mount is a structural interface. It holds the camera rigidly in flight, isolates high-frequency motor vibration, and transfers heat from the sensor. Our machining process controls all three functions.
Looking for a different part? We also machine Precision CNC Machined Watch Bezels and Crowns | No MOQ in the same Dongguan factory.
Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We machine a single prototype for $50–$150 depending on material and complexity. Production pricing starts at 50 pieces. No MOQ means you can validate your design before committing to inventory.
Q: How do you guarantee ±0.005 mm tolerance? A: We use 5-axis CNC mills with thermal compensation. After machining, we inspect on a CMM with a resolution of 0.0001 mm. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or scrap the part—never ship it. The inspection report shows the actual measured values.
Q: What is the typical lead time for a production order? A: Prototypes ship in 7 days. Production runs of 500–5,000 pieces ship in 15–25 days after you approve the sample. We can split shipments if you need partial stock sooner. For urgent repairs, we offer a 48-hour express machining service on simple geometries.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch comes with an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate from our mill supplier. We also provide RoHS and REACH declarations. If you need third-party testing (e.g., SGS or TÜV), we can arrange it at cost.
Stop guessing if a supplier can hold your tolerance. Send us your 2D or 3D drawing (STEP, IGES, or PDF). We will review the geometry, suggest material and finish options, and return a firm quote within 12 hours. No hidden costs, no vague promises.
Email your drawing to sc@bquq.com or message us on WhatsApp at +86 13713157787. We reply within one business hour, China time.
Precision manufacturing is our only business. Custom CNC machining, made in China, with no MOQ and full traceability. Your drone camera mount deserves a factory that treats microns seriously. Send the drawing. We will prove it.
