If a problem shows up later, we can trace it back to the exact heat of aluminum and the exact machine that cut it. You get full traceability, not just a box of parts.
2. Inspection report per batch You don't have to trust us. You get a dimensional inspection report with every shipment. We use CMM for critical features, and we include the raw data. If you need a full PPAP or First Article Inspection, we do that too. No extra charge for standard reports.

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We make one prototype or 50,000 production parts. The unit price drops with quantity, but we never turn down a single-piece order.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We machine to your drawing, not to "best effort." Standard tolerance is ±0.01 mm. We inspect 100% of critical dimensions on every part, and we send you the inspection report. If a part is out of spec, we remake it at our cost.
Q: What is your typical lead time? A: Prototypes in 5–7 working days. Production runs in 10–15 working days, depending on quantity and surface finish. For urgent jobs, we can split shifts and deliver in 3 days. Ask us when you send your drawing.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We provide EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for aluminum, plus heat treatment reports if you specify it. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request.
