2. Inspection report per batch. You don't have to ask for quality data—it ships with every order. Each batch includes a dimensional report with CMM measurements, surface finish readings, and thread gauge results. You can feed this into your incoming inspection without re-measuring everything.

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Correct. We run a single prototype at the same tolerance as a 10,000-piece production run. Many customers start with 2–5 units for field testing, then scale up. The per-piece price drops with quantity, but the quality standard never changes.
Q: What tolerance can you hold on a machined enclosure? A: Standard is ±0.005 mm for critical mating surfaces and hole positions. For sealing surfaces or press-fit features, we hold ±0.002 mm. We recommend you specify only the tolerances you actually need—tighter costs more and slows production.
