Custom CNC Machined Agricultural Machinery Parts

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every enclosure gets a unique serial number etched into the internal surface. We track each batch from raw material to final inspection. If a field failure happens, we trace it to the exact heat number and machine operator within 24 hours. This is precision manufacturing you can audit.

2. Inspection report per batch. You don't have to ask for quality data—it ships with every order. Each batch includes a dimensional report with CMM measurements, surface finish readings, and thread gauge results. You can feed this into your incoming inspection without re-measuring everything.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your enclosure often needs a stamped EMI shield, a spring for battery contact, or a heat sink for the processor. We make all of these in-house. One purchase order, one quality system, one shipping date. No coordinating three suppliers across time zones.

Where these parts are used

CNC machined electronics enclosures from our shop go into equipment where reliability is non-negotiable:

  • Medical devices: handheld diagnostic tools, patient monitors, surgical console housings. We machine to tighter tolerances and pass cleanroom-compatible finishes.
  • Industrial controls: PLC housings, VFD enclosures, sensor interfaces. These face vibration, dust, and temperature swings—machined aluminum holds up.
  • Test & measurement: benchtop multimeters, oscilloscope enclosures, RF shielding boxes. The dimensional accuracy ensures gaskets seal and connectors align.
  • Telecom infrastructure: 5G small-cell housings, fiber optic splice enclosures, router chassis. Heat dissipation and EMI shielding are built into the design.
  • Aerospace & defense: avionics boxes, communication modules, drone controllers. We use certified materials and full traceability.

If your product has a PCB and a power supply, it likely needs a machined housing. Send us the drawing—we'll tell you if it's manufacturable and where we'd add value.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Correct. We run a single prototype at the same tolerance as a 10,000-piece production run. Many customers start with 2–5 units for field testing, then scale up. The per-piece price drops with quantity, but the quality standard never changes.

Q: What tolerance can you hold on a machined enclosure? A: Standard is ±0.005 mm for critical mating surfaces and hole positions. For sealing surfaces or press-fit features, we hold ±0.002 mm. We recommend you specify only the tolerances you actually need—tighter costs more and slows production.

Q: What is your typical lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototype: 5–7 business days from drawing approval. Production: 10–15 business days, depending on quantity and surface finish. We offer 48-hour rapid prototyping for simple 2-axis parts. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or air freight.

Q: Do you provide material certificates and test reports? A: Yes. Every batch ships with a material certificate (EN 10204 3.1), a full dimensional inspection report, and surface finish readings. For aerospace or medical applications, we provide full traceability to the raw material heat number. All materials are RoHS and REACH compliant.

Send your drawing

We are a made in China precision manufacturing partner with 20 years on the shop floor. We know what works and what breaks. Send us your 3D model (STEP, IGES, or X_T) and 2D PDF—we'll review manufacturability, suggest cost reductions, and give you a firm quote within 12 hours.
