All titanium parts are machined with coolant control to prevent work hardening. We use carbide tooling with specific geometries for titanium. This gives consistent surface quality and tool life.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality?
A: We use in-process probing on the machine, then verify on a CMM after machining. Critical dimensions are checked 100%. You get the inspection report with the shipment. If a part is out of spec, we remake it at our cost.
Q: What is the lead time for titanium parts?
A: Prototype (1–10 pieces) is 5–7 working days. Production runs are 10–15 working days, depending on complexity and quantity. Titanium machines slower than aluminum, so we quote honestly. Rush service is available for an extra fee.
Q: Do you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. Every titanium batch comes with a mill certificate traceable to the original ingot. We also provide chemical composition and mechanical property reports on request. This is standard for our aerospace and medical customers.
