Precision CNC Machined Prosthetic Joint Components

## Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality. Every batch gets a unique job number. We record tool paths, machine IDs, and operator initials for each run. If a part fails in your field test, we trace it back to the exact shift and tool offset. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a PDF with CMM coordinates for critical features, surface finish readings, and material hardness data. Our QC team signs off before parts go to packaging. For high-volume orders, we include SPC charts on request.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your reel might need a CNC-machined body, a stamped spool plate, a torsion spring for the drag lever, and a heat sink for the carbon drag washer. We do all four in-house. You deal with one supplier, one shipping point, one invoice. Less coordination, fewer delays.

  • Reel bodies and side plates — 7075 aluminum, hard anodized, with threaded bores for bearing seats
  • Spools — thin-wall turned parts with precision grooves for line lay, balanced to reduce vibration at high retrieve speeds
  • Gear sets — hardened stainless steel or brass, with hobbed or wire-cut teeth for smooth engagement
  • Drag systems — machined washers and cam plates with tight flatness (0.005 mm) to prevent stick-slip
  • Handle arms and knobs — ergonomic shapes from Delrin or aluminum, with knurled surfaces for grip

These parts also go into conventional trolling reels and electric reels used in deep-sea fishing, where corrosion resistance and impact strength are non-negotiable.

## Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run prototypes and one-off replacement parts on the same machines as production orders. Tooling and setup costs are quoted separately for small batches, but the per-piece price drops predictably as quantity increases.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: Our machines are calibrated weekly. We use in-process probing for critical features, then verify with a CMM on a sample basis — 100% for high-risk dimensions. You receive the inspection report with the shipment. If anything is out of spec, we re-machine or refund at your choice.

Q: What is the lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototypes ship in 3–5 days after drawing approval. Production runs of 500–5,000 pieces take 7–12 days. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and air-ship the first 100 pieces while the rest finish by sea.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates for stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium. For aerospace or marine-grade materials, we source from certified mills and include full traceability documentation.
