## Three reasons buyers send us their drawings 1. Batch-traceable quality Every batch gets a unique job number. We track material heat numbers, tool wear logs, and operator initials. If a part fails in the field, we trace it back to the exact shift and machine. You get a full traceability file with each shipment.
2. Inspection report per batch No "trust us" shipping. We send a dimensional inspection report with every order. Critical features are measured on a CMM (Zeiss) and compared to your GD&T callouts. You approve the FAI before we run production. For repeat orders, we keep the same fixtures and programs, so tolerances stay identical batch to batch.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your textile machine often needs more than just machined parts. We also run metal stamping, spring coiling, and heat sink extrusion lines. ## Questions buyers ask before ordering Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run one prototype piece for $50–$150 depending on material and size. Production pricing kicks in at 50 pieces. No minimum contract, no annual volume commitment.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on every part. After machining, critical dimensions are verified on a CMM. You receive the inspection report with the shipment. If any dimension is out of spec, we rework or replace at no cost—shipping included.
Q: What is your lead time for a typical batch? A: Prototypes ship in 3–5 days. Production runs of 100–500 pieces ship in 7–10 days. Larger batches (1000+) take 12–15 days. We quote exact dates after reviewing your drawing, not before.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for metals, and mill certificates for plastics. We also keep samples of each raw material batch for 24 months.
