Opening

Your hydraulic cylinder design, machined to spec, verified before shipment. We run CNC lathes and machining centers 24/7 in our Dongguan factory. Every part is checked against your drawing, not just spot-checked.

At a glance: ±0.005 mm tolerance on critical diameters, 12-hour firm quote, 7-15 day lead time, no MOQ. Raw material certs included with every batch.

We have 20 years in precision manufacturing. Our machinists read GD&T like a native language. If your drawing says it, we machine it.

Precision CNC Machined Threaded Fasteners

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Each batch gets a unique job number. We record material heat number, machine operator, tool offsets, and inspection results. If a part fails in your field, we trace it back to the exact bar stock and shift. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full dimensional report with CMM data points, not a generic "passed" stamp. We measure every critical feature on your drawing. Reports are emailed within 24 hours of shipment. Third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV) is available at cost.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your hydraulic cylinder assembly might need a machined piston, a stamped end cap, a spring return, and a heat sink for the valve block. We make all four under one roof. Fewer suppliers, fewer logistics headaches, one accountable partner. This is custom CNC machining done right.

Where these parts are used

Our CNC machined hydraulic cylinder parts go into mobile and industrial equipment worldwide. Real applications include:

  • Excavator and loader cylinders – piston rods, cylinder barrels, gland nuts, rod eyes. We machine 4140 steel with induction-hardened surfaces for wear resistance.
  • Hydraulic presses – main rams, plungers, guide rings. Large turning capacity handles Ø300 mm parts with tight concentricity.
  • Material handling – forklift mast cylinders, telescopic booms. We hold ±0.01 mm on bore alignment for smooth extension.
  • Agricultural machinery – steering cylinders, lift arms. High-volume runs with consistent thread quality.
  • Marine and offshore – trim tab cylinders, steering gear. 316 stainless with passivation, salt spray tested on request.
  • Automotive test rigs – custom actuators for fatigue testing. One-off prototypes with complex porting and sensor mounting.

If your part moves fluid under pressure, we machine it to seal properly and last.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We machine one prototype for a customer testing a new design. We also run 50,000-piece annual contracts. Your first order can be one piece. The price per piece reflects setup time, but the quality is identical.

Q: How do you guarantee ±0.005 mm tolerance? A: We use temperature-controlled machining (shop held at 20°C ±1°C) and compensate for tool wear with in-process probing. Final inspection uses a CMM with 0.001 mm resolution. We send you the report. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or replace at no cost.

Q: What is your standard lead time? A: Prototypes: 7 days from drawing approval. Production: 15 days for most orders. If you need faster, we can split the batch and air-freight the first half. We quote the exact date in your confirmation.

Q: Can you provide material certificates and heat treatment reports? A: Yes. Every batch ships with mill test certificates (MTC) for the raw material. Heat treatment (quench and temper, induction hardening, nitriding) includes a hardness report and microstructure analysis if required. All documents are in English.
