Precision CNC Machined Jewelry Clasps & Hooks

We use solid carbide tooling for hard milling up to HRC 58. No EDM needed for most features. This means faster turnaround and better surface integrity on your mold cores and cavities.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every lot gets a unique job number. We record material heat number, tool offsets, and inspection data for each batch. If a problem appears in your mold trial, we trace it back to the exact machine, tool, and operator within 30 minutes.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get a full CMM report with every shipment. Not a sample check. Not a spot check. Every critical dimension is measured and recorded. The report is signed by our QC lead and stamped with our ISO number. You can file it directly into your quality system.

3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your mold tooling often needs companion parts: stamping dies, coil springs for ejector systems, or heat sinks for hot runner manifolds. We make all of them under one roof. One purchase order, one quality standard, one shipping date. No coordinating three suppliers across different time zones.

## Where these parts are used Our custom CNC machining services support real production environments.

Injection molds. We machine core inserts, cavity blocks, sliders, lifters, and wear plates. Typical tolerance is ±0.01 mm on mating surfaces. We hold ±0.005 mm on shut-off faces.

Die casting dies. H13 with nitriding is our standard for aluminum and zinc die casting. We machine water lines with 5-axis drilling to keep cooling channels within 3 mm of the cavity surface.

Stamping dies. We cut punch holders, die buttons, and stripper plates from pre-hardened tool steel. Our 4-axis machines handle complex contoured punches without secondary operations.

Hot runner systems. Manifold blocks, nozzle tips, and heater pockets are machined from S136 or 420SS. We hold concentricity within 0.008 mm on nozzle bores.

Compression and transfer molds. For rubber and thermoset materials, we machine cavities with a mirror finish to ensure easy part release.

Blow molds. We cut aluminum and beryllium copper blow mold cavities with integrated cooling channels.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Is there really no MOQ? A: Correct. We machine one piece for prototype validation or 10,000 pieces for production. The unit price drops with quantity, but the quality standard is identical. Many buyers start with a single insert to test our work, then scale up.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on every critical feature. After machining, each part goes to our CMM room. We check all dimensions on your drawing, not just a few. The inspection report is included with the shipment. If any dimension is out of tolerance, we re-machine or re-make the part at no cost.

Q: What is your typical lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Standard lead time is 7–15 days depending on complexity and material. For expedited orders, we can deliver in 3–5 days. We quote a firm lead time with your price, and we hit it. Late delivery is not a habit we practice.

Q: Do you provide material certificates and heat treatment reports? A: Yes. Every material we use comes with a mill certificate. Heat treatment is done in our in-house vacuum furnace, and we provide a full report with hardness values and process parameters. This is standard for every order, no extra charge.

## Send your drawing Stop waiting for quotes that take a week. Send us your drawing today and get a firm price in 12 hours.

We will review your material, tolerance, and quantity. We will tell you if your design is manufacturable as-is, or suggest a small change that saves you money. No obligation, no pressure.
