1. Batch-traceable quality Every part gets a unique batch number. We track material heat numbers, machine operator, and inspection results. If a problem appears in your assembly, we trace it back to the exact batch in minutes. No vague promises.
2. Inspection report per batch You get a dimensional report with every shipment. We measure critical features on a Zeiss CMM and include the data. You do not need to re-inspect everything. This saves your QC team hours per order.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your packaging machine needs more than machined parts. We also run metal stamping, spring manufacturing, and heat sink production lines. Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype for testing or 50,000 pieces for production. The unit price drops with volume, but the quality standard stays the same.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machines and final inspection on a Zeiss CMM. Critical dimensions are 100% checked. We send the inspection report with the shipment. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at our cost.
Q: What is your standard lead time? A: 15 working days for most machined parts. For rush orders, we can ship in 7 days. Complex 5-axis parts with multiple secondary processes may take 20 days. We confirm the exact date when you send the drawing.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for all metals and plastics. We also provide heat treatment reports and surface finish certificates if required. All documents are in English.
