Custom CNC Machined Bicycle Parts Aluminum

We hold tight tolerances on thin walls and deep cavities. Our 5-axis machines reduce setups, which means better consistency on complex geometries.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Every part gets a unique batch number. We track material heat numbers, machine operator, and inspection results. If a problem appears in your assembly, we trace it back to the exact batch in minutes. No vague promises.

2. Inspection report per batch You get a dimensional report with every shipment. We measure critical features on a Zeiss CMM and include the data. You do not need to re-inspect everything. This saves your QC team hours per order.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your packaging machine needs more than machined parts. We also run metal stamping, spring manufacturing, and heat sink production lines. Send us a full BOM. We quote the entire assembly in one email. Fewer suppliers, less logistics, one accountable partner.

Where these parts are used

Custom CNC machining serves every part of a packaging line.

  • Sealing jaws: Machined from stainless steel with precise flatness and heater cartridge holes. Tolerance holds consistent seal pressure across the full width.
  • Guide rails and wear strips: UHMW or POM profiles, machined to exact widths. Keeps bottles and cartons aligned at high line speeds.
  • Cutter blades and anvils: Hardened steel with sharp edge geometry. We machine and then heat-treat to 55-60 HRC.
  • Servo motor mounts: Precision-bored holes for bearing fit. Maintains shaft alignment for smooth indexing.
  • Vacuum pickup heads: Aluminum with drilled micro-holes for suction. We deburr every hole to avoid product damage.
  • Cam followers and rollers: Turned and ground shafts with tight concentricity. Reduces vibration at 300 cycles per minute.

These parts run on vertical form-fill-seal machines, cartoners, labelers, and palletizers. If it moves, stops, or seals, we can machine it better.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: What is your MOQ? A: No MOQ. We machine one prototype for testing or 50,000 pieces for production. The unit price drops with volume, but the quality standard stays the same.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machines and final inspection on a Zeiss CMM. Critical dimensions are 100% checked. We send the inspection report with the shipment. If a part is out of spec, we replace it at our cost.

Q: What is your standard lead time? A: 15 working days for most machined parts. For rush orders, we can ship in 7 days. Complex 5-axis parts with multiple secondary processes may take 20 days. We confirm the exact date when you send the drawing.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for all metals and plastics. We also provide heat treatment reports and surface finish certificates if required. All documents are in English.
