All parts are deburred and cleaned. Critical dimensions are measured and recorded. You get a PDF inspection report with your shipment.
2. Inspection report per batch We measure critical features on every part—not just the first article. You receive a CMM report with actual values, not nominal ones. For flight-critical parts, this is non-negotiable. We do it as standard.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Your quadcopter frame might need CNC arms, stamped mounting plates, spring-loaded landing gear, and a heat sink for the ESC. We make all of them under one roof. Fewer suppliers, faster lead times, one point of accountability. That is what precision manufacturing should feel like.

Q: What tolerance and quality control can I expect? Standard tolerance is ±0.01 mm on critical features. We use CMM inspection on every batch. You get a report with actual measured values. For flight-critical parts, we can add 100% inspection at extra cost.
Q: What is the lead time for a typical order? Prototypes ship in 7 days. Production runs of 100–500 pieces ship in 10–15 days. If you need faster, we can expedite for a fee. We quote exact dates with your order confirmation.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? Yes. We provide mill certificates for aluminum, titanium, and steel. For aerospace or defense work, we can provide full traceability including heat lot and chemical composition. Just specify on your RFQ.
