We use carbide tooling with high-speed machining for thin-wall sections (down to 1.5 mm wall thickness) without distortion. For complex port geometries, 5-axis simultaneous machining eliminates secondary operations.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust us blindly. Each order ships with a dimensional inspection report – key features measured and recorded. For critical acoustic surfaces, we include CMM point-cloud data. This saves your incoming QC time.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We use in-process probing on the CNC machine to adjust for tool wear. After machining, we check critical dimensions with CMM and calipers. The inspection report is included. If a part is out of spec, we re-machine or re-run at no cost to you.
Q: What is your lead time for custom CNC machining? A: Prototype: 5–7 days from drawing approval. Production: 10–15 days for standard quantities. For urgent orders, we can split the batch and airfreight the first 20% within 7 days. We confirm exact dates in the quotation.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill certificates for aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. For aerospace or medical applications, we can provide EN 10204 3.1 certs with full chemical and mechanical properties. Just specify at quoting.
