1. Batch-traceable quality. Each lot gets a unique job number. Raw material heat numbers are recorded at incoming inspection. Machining parameters are logged per operation. If a part fails in the field, we can trace it back to the exact bar stock and tool pass. You get full traceability documentation with every shipment.
2. Inspection report per batch. We do not rely on spot checks. Every critical dimension is measured on a CMM. We send you a dimensional inspection report (FAI for first articles, batch reports for production) before we pack the parts. You approve the report, we ship. No surprises at your incoming QC.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Your suspension assembly likely needs more than machined brackets. How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? We program tolerances tighter than your drawing where possible. First article is fully inspected, and we hold the CMM report until you sign off. For production, we use SPC sampling plus 100% inspection on critical features like thread pitch diameter and hole position.
What is your lead time for machined parts? Prototype quantities (1–20 pieces) ship in 7–10 days. Production runs (100–1000 pieces) typically ship in 15–20 days. We can expedite to 5 days for a small surcharge if you have a machine down.
Do you provide material certificates? Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 material certificates for all metals, including chemical composition and mechanical properties. For aerospace or medical grades, we can provide full traceability to the mill.
