2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust our word. Each shipment includes a dimensional report with measured values for all critical features. For tight-tolerance bores and mating faces, we include CMM point clouds. Your IQC can match our numbers against their own readings in minutes.
3. One factory for CNC, stamping, springs, and heat sinks. Your vacuum pump housing might need CNC-machined pockets, a stamped valve plate, a spring-loaded check valve, and a heat sink for the motor drive. We run all four lines under one roof. That means one purchase order, one logistics point, one quality system. Fewer suppliers, fewer delays, lower total cost.
These parts go into semiconductor tools, medical suction devices, food packaging lines, and automotive brake boosters. If your pump moves air or gas, we can machine the critical bits.
Q: How do you control tolerance on thin-walled pump parts? A: We use stress-relieved bar stock and multi-step machining. Rough cut, then let the part rest, then finish cut. For bores under 20 mm, we ream instead of mill to hold ±0.005 mm. Every critical dimension goes on the CMM report.
Q: What is your realistic lead time for a production batch? A: Prototypes ship in 7–15 days after drawing approval. Production runs of 500–5,000 pieces typically take 15–25 days. We quote exact dates per job, not generic promises. Rush service is available for breakdown situations.
Q: Can you provide material certificates for aerospace or medical specs? A: Yes. We source from certified mills and can supply EN 10204 3.1 certificates for metals, plus FDA-compliant grades for plastics. For special alloys like Inconel or titanium, we confirm availability before quoting.
