A: Yes. We machine one prototype or one thousand parts. The unit price is higher for single pieces because setup time is fixed, but we do not force you to buy minimum quantities. For production runs, we offer tiered pricing.
Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality?
A: We inspect every critical dimension. Prototypes get a full CMM report. Production batches get AQL sampling with a pass/fail record. If a part does not meet your drawing, we remake it at no cost. Our quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Q: What is the actual lead time for a prototype?
A: Standard is 3–5 business days from drawing approval. For an extra fee, we offer 24-hour service on simple parts. Shipping to the US or Europe takes 3–5 days by express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Total door-to-door is usually under 10 days.
Q: Can you provide material certificates?
A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for metals and resin certificates for plastics. This is standard for aerospace and medical orders. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request.
