All machining is done in-house. We control the process from raw bar stock to final deburring. No outsourcing, no surprises.
2. Inspection report per batch. You do not have to trust our word. Each batch ships with a dimensional inspection report. For prototypes, we include a full CMM check of critical features. For production runs, we sample per AQL 2.5 or your specific plan. The report lists measured values against your drawing tolerances. If a feature is out, we flag it before shipping—not after you find it.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks. Most shops do one process. We run four. Your assembly might need a CNC-machined housing, a stamped bracket, a custom spring, and an extruded heat sink. Instead of coordinating four suppliers across time zones, you send one drawing package to us. We coordinate internally, cut your logistics cost, and shorten your overall lead time. Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We inspect every critical dimension. Prototypes get a full CMM report. Production batches get AQL sampling with a pass/fail record. If a part does not meet your drawing, we remake it at no cost. Our quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Q: What is the actual lead time for a prototype? A: Standard is 3–5 business days from drawing approval. For an extra fee, we offer 24-hour service on simple parts. Shipping to the US or Europe takes 3–5 days by express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Total door-to-door is usually under 10 days.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply mill test certificates for metals and resin certificates for plastics. This is standard for aerospace and medical orders. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request.
