CNC Turned Precision Shafts

All parts are deburred and cleaned before packing. We keep your raw material batch number on file for 3 years.

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality Each fitting gets a unique batch code. We record the material heat number, tool wear, and inspection results. If a problem shows up in your assembly line, we can trace it back to the exact shift and machine. That is precision manufacturing you can audit.

2. Inspection report per batch You get a full dimensional report with every shipment. CMM data points, thread pass/fail, surface roughness values. No extra charge. No asking. Your QC team can skip incoming inspection if they trust our numbers – many do.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heat sinks Most suppliers make you juggle three vendors for a connector assembly. We don't. We machine the stainless body, stamp the brass contact, coil the spring, and bond the heat sink – all under one roof. Fewer handoffs. Faster lead times. One invoice. That is why buyers call us for custom CNC machining of complete sub-assemblies, not just single parts.

Where these parts are used

Our stainless fittings and connectors go into harsh environments where failure is not an option.

  • Hydraulic systems – high-pressure line fittings, JIC and SAE connectors for construction equipment.
  • Food & beverage processing – tri-clamp fittings, hygienic unions, CIP spray balls.
  • Semiconductor vacuum lines – KF and ISO-KF connectors, zero-leak flanges.
  • Medical devices – luer locks, quick-disconnect couplings, implantable instrument housings.
  • Oil & gas instrumentation – compression fittings for chemical injection panels.
  • Marine hardware – deck drains, thru-hull connectors, rigging terminals.

In every case, the part has to hold pressure, resist corrosion, and mate with a mating component exactly. Our machines hold that geometry. Our inspection proves it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity? A: No. We run one-off prototypes and million-piece production with the same process. You pay a small setup fee for small batches, but the per-piece price drops fast after 100 pieces. No MOQ means you can validate your design before committing to volume.

Q: How do you guarantee tolerance and quality? A: We program the toolpath with tolerance compensation, then verify with CMM. Critical features get 100% inspection. Non-critical features get AQL sampling (ISO 2859-1). We send you the inspection report before shipment. If a part is out of spec, we re-machine it or refund you – your choice.

Q: What is your typical lead time? A: 7 days for prototypes (up to 10 pieces). 15 days for production batches up to 5,000 pieces. Larger runs are quoted case-by-case. We stock 303 and 316L bar stock in common diameters, so we start cutting the day you approve the quote.

Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates are standard for stainless. We also provide heat treatment reports and plating thickness certificates if needed. All certs are issued by our supplier and stamped by our QC manager.
