We machine, skive, or stamp your fins. For high-volume runs, we use progressive die stamping to hold fin pitch within ±0.03 mm. For prototypes, we CNC mill from solid block—no tooling cost, no waiting.
1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heatsink gets a unique serial number. We record material heat number, machine operator, and inspection results in our ERP. If a field failure occurs, we trace it back to the exact batch in minutes. You get a full traceability report with every shipment.
2. Inspection report per batch. We do not ship blind. Each batch goes through a 3-stage QC: incoming material check, in-process dimension sampling, and final 100% visual + critical dimension inspection. You receive a PDF report with CMM data, flatness readings, and surface roughness values. No extra charge.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsink. Your heatsink assembly may need a spring clip, a stamped mounting bracket, or a CNC-machined base plate. We do all four under one roof. You save on logistics, avoid tolerance mismatch between suppliers, and get one responsible party for the whole assembly.

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We prototype one piece for testing. For production, we quote the same unit price whether you order 50 or 50,000. Tooling is amortized into the unit price, not charged upfront for standard shapes.
Q: What tolerance and quality can you guarantee? A: Standard is ±0.05 mm on critical surfaces. We hold ±0.02 mm on mating faces if your drawing specifies it. Every batch ships with a CMM inspection report. If a dimension is out of spec, we rework or replace at our cost.
Q: What is your lead time for custom heat sinks? A: Prototype: 7–12 working days after drawing approval. Production: 15–20 working days for quantities under 10,000 pieces. For urgent orders, we run a 24-hour shift and can deliver in 5 days—ask for expedited service.
Q: Can you provide material certificates? A: Yes. We supply EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates for copper and aluminum. For aerospace or medical use, we can arrange 3.2 certification with third-party inspection. No extra cost for 3.1.
