Why a U-Channel Beats a Flat Plate for Directed Airflow

A flat heat sink dissipates heat in two directions, but a U channel concentrates the airflow in one controlled path. Surface Finish and Anodizing: Ra 0.8 µm and 25 µm Black Coating
