Your drawing. Our machines. A heatsink that fits exactly where it must.

We are BQUQ, a precision manufacturing factory in Dongguan, China. 20 years on the floor. CNC machining, metal stamping, springs, and heat sinks under one roof. We make DC-DC module heatsinks from your PDF, STEP, or even a napkin sketch.

Every part is verified before shipment. Not sampled. Every batch.

Custom Industrial Heat Sinks Precision Manufacturing No MOQ

Three reasons buyers send us their drawings

1. Batch-traceable quality. Every heatsink gets a heat number and a QC stamp. You can trace the material lot, machine operator, and inspection date. If a field failure happens, we pull the batch record in minutes. No guesswork.

2. Inspection report per batch. You get dimensional data, surface finish readings, and thermal resistance values. Not a generic certificate. Real numbers from our CMM and thermal test rig. If we miss a spec, you know before it ships.

3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsink. Your DC-DC module needs more than a heatsink. It needs a spring clip, a stamped baseplate, maybe a machined mounting block. We make all of it in-house. One PO, one quality system, one shipping address. No juggling three suppliers across time zones.

Where these parts are used

DC-DC module heatsinks from BQUQ go into:

  • Telecom rectifiers – 48V to 12V modules, forced-air cooling. Our stamped fin arrays handle 50–150 W dissipation.
  • Industrial motor drives – IGBT modules on aluminum baseplates. We hold flatness under 0.1 mm so thermal paste works.
  • EV charging stations – Liquid-cooled or finned heatsinks for high-power DC converters. Copper inserts for hot spots.
  • Server power supplies – Low-profile heatsinks, 10–20 mm tall, for 1U and 2U chassis.
  • Medical devices – Quiet, natural convection designs. Anodized black for emissivity.
  • Railway auxiliary converters – Vibration-resistant stamped clips plus machined heatsinks.

If it converts DC voltage and gets hot, we’ve made a heatsink for it.

Questions buyers ask before ordering

Q: Do you really have no MOQ? A: Yes. We run prototypes at 1–5 pieces. Production runs start at 100. Tooling cost is quoted separately and amortized if you repeat orders.

Q: What tolerance can you hold on a stamped heatsink? A: ±0.1 mm on stamped features, ±0.05 mm on CNC-machined surfaces. For critical mating faces, we can go to ±0.02 mm with a grinding pass. Ask us before quoting – we’ll tell you if it’s worth the cost.

Q: How fast can I get a sample? A: 7–12 days for CNC-machined prototypes. Stamped parts need tooling – 15–20 days for soft tool, 25–35 days for hard tool. We ship via DHL or FedEx.

Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Mill certificates for aluminum and copper, RoHS and REACH declarations, and our own inspection report with dimensional and thermal data. All free with every batch.
