All extrusions are aged to T5 or T6 condition. We control the process from billet to box. No third-party subcontracting for core steps.
2. Inspection report per batch. We do not just check the first piece. Every batch gets a final inspection report with measured values for critical dimensions, surface finish, and flatness. The report is sent with the shipment. You can file it for ISO or customer audits.
3. One factory for CNC + stamping + springs + heatsinks. Your assembly may need a stamped clip, a compression spring, and a machined heatsink. We make all three in-house. No separate suppliers. No mismatched tolerances. No shipping delays between vendors. You send one drawing package, we handle the rest.

Q: What tolerances can you hold? A: Machined features hold ±0.05 mm. Extrusion cross-sections hold ±0.1 mm. Flatness is 0.1 mm over 100 mm. If you need tighter, we can grind or lap after machining. Tell us the critical dimensions on your drawing.
Q: How fast can I get parts? A: Prototypes ship in 7–12 days after drawing approval. Production orders ship in 15–20 days. We use DHL, FedEx, or UPS for air freight. Sea freight is available for large batches.
Q: Do you provide material certificates? A: Yes. Every batch includes a mill certificate for the aluminum alloy and temper. We also provide RoHS and REACH compliance documents on request.
